Obesity is highly tied to poverty not necessarily because fruits and veggies are expensive, but because preparing a home-cooked meal is more time consuming than popping by McDonalds and premade healthy food genuinely IS very expensive. People working 2 or 3 jobs to pay their bills often don't have time to make nice, healthy meals to bring to work, or for dinner, or to prepare healthy snacks. Time is a huge factor, not just the price of the ingredients, and you come across as a little ignorant to declare "well, actually it's just because you're not good enough at cooking :)". It's just a different flavour of the bootstrap argument that helps no one and refuses to acknowledge the factors that go in to the problem.

It was not necessary to get it 100% correct since it was for the crust mixture, so eye balling it (if you're good at it) is fine.

I got the joke and it's a funny one, but a smiley face emoji with only 1 parenthesis means something different to Vietnamese youngsters.
