I think my favourite part of movies as a kid was being pleasantly surprised (like it was actually real and the movie was real) by characters appearing or little changes to make the logos interesting. I don't know, moulding the companies and the movies together like that always made me smile.

For Disney, there's another variant (besides some of the logo variants for stuff like Atlantis, Lilo & Stitch, National Treasure, etc.) 1990s and 200s before the current logo, there was a variant Disney castle and fanfare done for Disney/Pixar movies, where the Disney castle was more CG.

Not to nitpick, there were (at least) two that were left out:
For Dreamworks, there was "Shark Tale" when the kid in the logo lets his fishing line fly and the worm attached to it screams.
For Nickelodeon, there was "Good Burger" when the logo was in the form of an orange soda that sped around and then spilled.
There was also the one from Dreamworks’s Captain Underpants where the two kids cut in and sing the music in the logo.
Also the Disney logo in Frankenweenie

I've been getting a lot of posts lately about logo variants not in this videos, so I'm here to remind that I'm working on Ver 2 of this video.
* The next video consists of characters beside the ones the logos usually have (They may be exceptions if they or there are)
* Redesigned or relocation variants of a place within a logo are not included if a character variant is not in it (I might make a video of such in the future)
* The variants must have a character during the logo (Voices, Appearances, etc.)

*1. Men in Black: International* - she puts on a pair of sunglasses, like a MIB agent when they use a neuralyzer.
*2. Zombieland: Double-Tap* - she fights off a couple zombies.
