I will be replacing my chrome headlight bezels soon on my 2018 F57. The current bezels are starting to crinkle. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to stick with chrome, or get the black ones. Thanks for your video, it looks easier than I thought.

Sorry, You literally just pull on them (or push from the bottom). Some of the clips will probably break because they get brittle over time.
Did you manage to find a black replacement for the horizontal grille chrome strip, I've only seen covers online.
no, i bought a black cover and that fit poorly, there were little gaps on the edges that you could see chrome through.
So i ended up wrapping it in black vinyl and then putting the cover over that.

The car does have to much chroms. I plan on doing headlights and taillights at least
1 year later how are they holding up? Recommend?
Recommended! Just get the ones with the tabs and not the ones with the adhesive. The tabs replace your original while the adhesive sticks on the top, the adhesive ones fit like crap.
Is it ok just to pull the grill surround off with a lot of force. Not bothered if the surround breaks but will the bumper be ok.
thats what i did, it broke into pieces but the bumper was fine.

Did you get the tail light trims from the same seller ?
yes. its been a while so im not sure the seller still has them, I would check out kill all chrome, just make sure you get the "replacements" and not the "covers"
What if the clip brock
I’m assuming you mean the clip on the new one.
If it broke in shipping I would try to return it.
If it broke during installation I would try to fix it or use something like 3m double sided tape to attach it

So… no problem in removing the grill just by pulling it hard no? I’m installing it this week and don’t want to brake any other part. I don’t care breaking the chrome grill original like you.
I’ve done it twice and both times the chrome came off in pieces and there was no damage to the other part. You’ll want a plastic pry bar handy, some of the factory clips may stick when you pull on the chrome and the plastic prybar is useful to release them. You’ll see what I mean.
