  • I hope you enjoy this Yerushalmi Kugel recipe! This traditional Ashkenazi sweet and spicy noodle kugel recipe is usually eaten on Shabbos day served with pickles. In this video I show you how to make Yerushalmi Kugel (קוגל ירושלמי) that is both easy to make and sure to please :)
    Ingredients:
    3 packs of egg noodles
    1.5 cups canola oil
    3 cups sugar
    3 tsp. black pepper
    3 tsp. salt
    9 eggs

      Thank you so much for watching! I'm happy you enjoyed :) I don't have the recipe by weight, unfortunately. A lot of these traditional foods are made with a general "feel" for how much of an ingredient to add. I hope the rough measurements in the video were able to be of help!
