- I hope you enjoy this Yerushalmi Kugel recipe! This traditional Ashkenazi sweet and spicy noodle kugel recipe is usually eaten on Shabbos day served with pickles. In this video I show you how to make Yerushalmi Kugel (קוגל ירושלמי) that is both easy to make and sure to please :)
Ingredients:
3 packs of egg noodles
1.5 cups canola oil
3 cups sugar
3 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. salt
9 eggs
