    I can't eat pork so I substitute smoked turkey if I have to have ham or bacon. Turkey bacon works sometimes. But I use any meat to fettuccine... chicken breast is nice. 💕🌞🌵😷

    To reduce my weekly red meat intake, I substitute turkey sausage, it comes in a 1 pound tube/chub. It gives a good spice to the fish and. Nobody misses the beef. 💕🌞🌵😷

    Emeril being mostly absent from the limelight the last 15 years is a travesty. The only thing I’ve seen him on is infomercials for gadgets sold under his name but owned by Martha Stewart…. Love Emeril

    You gotta sautee those onions and shrooms longer before adding stock. You'd expect a chef to know this. Mushrooms need to release their water and onions need to release some juice too before adding liquid.
