Thank you as we have starlings nesting in our tile space where mortar has crumbled and was hoping of trying to organise someone to come out after the first batch has flown

A bird with a tail has broken through into our attic so thank you sooooooo much for posting this extremely helpful and informative video. If you live near Portadown and if willing to help us, I’d pay you to do this for us on our single level cottage 😀

We're near the ocean, and these have started to rust after 20 years(powder coated metal, tile roof), look like hell, and the replacement estimates have been really high.Bummer.

Nice work. I was wondering about your set up. I thought for a moment you were on stilts. My brother recently give me some help fixing the down pipe. Fortunately, no trouble with birds. But facia board section was rotten due to downpipe had detached. Just need to replace a peace of facia board now. My home is a terrace house.

@@macplastering Bathroom waiting for plater to dry before tiling. It is the last room now to finish. Might do a tidy up in the attic yet. I usually do most jobs myself apart from gas. But, had a firm put under floor insulation down. They said that, I wouldn't be able to tell they have been when they finish. But when I saw later what they had done. They had made a real mess. Plus used the wrong floorboard nails. They spoiled my beautiful floorboards. When I did the kitchen floorboards you would have a job to see the nails and the joins are all tight. I should have done the job myself. They even nailed right close to the edge of the floorboards with a nail gun using flat head nails, like plasterboard nails, splitting the wood, also leaving big gaps. It is disheartening. I stayed in the kitchen while they did the work. I was not able to get into the living room to see how they were doing because they barricaded the door. I should have walked all the way round the back. It would have only have taken 5 minutes to walk the distance. I may yet have a word with the company they work for. Send the pictures I took before they started. And the pictures I took afterwards, showing what a mess they have made.

I had birds in my loft as well until today they were getting in at the back under a raised tile so shoved 100s of bagged up carrier bags behind it that stopped them until they found another hole at the front which we have now filled with wadding
