We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Love this one. Just me, my teenage son, and my service dog so this is almost perfect. My only real complaint is how small the second bedroom is. At that small a space, Id rather lose the master bathroom and downsize the closet to add square footage to the second bed. If I were to nitpick I'd add that there isn't a coat or broom closet, but I think it could still easily be doable for a family like mine.
Almost in my backyard again. This would be a great starter home for someone or for those who want to downsize. I really love this place and the exterior of it. My favorite part is the pantry.❤❤❤
I love it, only changes I’d make, swap out white cabinets for a light gray and make it a 3 bedroom.
Love the kitchen cabnets. White, but you can still see the grain of the wood.the pantry is a nice bonus. Can't do the walk through laundry. The mat black in the master is beautiful unless you have hard water. Nice little home if you need to be debt free, and are ok with the basics. Less than a tiny home with lots more room.
Thank goodness for earbuds! Only way I could watch with tjis dropping during the Buckeyes/Ducks game!
What a great floorplan. The interior is awesome. Looks very well built. I think it's priced VERY well. This would work for me. I love those samples of blue cabinetry in the kitchen island and in the master bath.

This is a great debt free home. Only change, door in guest room, barn door need d. Door takes up to much room. Buy it, redesign into your forever home.

I really like this single-wide. I especially like that it is a 2 bdrm, 2 bath. I would like to see the bdrms more equal in size. Very nice kitchen and pantry.

I'm in Florida I grew up in Alabama I've never seen those heaters in person but I've seen them on HGTV. That's how I knew what they were.
Very affordable. I could pay this off in 2 years. Perfect for my wife and me when we down size in retirement
The only thing I would want different, would be no carpet throughout. Love the interior colors!

Love the gas stove. That's rare in a mobile home.
Not a bad house over all, pantry is great with space for keeping counter top appliances out of the way - helps with visually opening the home’s core area - lot’s to like. Wouldn’t one think that there has to be a better way to join VOG panels than clumsy battens? There is at least one 24” window that has 3 of them under it - really? I’ve seen commercial VOG panels that are wider with nominally visual joints - barely an 1/8” seam - maybe hidden fasteners with a mini shiplap-type reveal or mini t&g of some sort? Spaceship rides for sale but antiquated joinery for wall panels. Baths are nice, bedrooms are tight and closets are small; aside from the pantry where do you put your stuff to un-clutter the floor space? The dining “nook” is essentially leftover space they could have put in a BR or LR/KIT.

This house have pizazz, just right for me!❤except i would ask for the shub/combo in the primary suite instead, then it would really be made for me!😊.
Commodore Homes is a great company. They provide a lot of employment opportunities in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
It's really nice looking but 80k seems like a lot for only 900 square feet.

I think if they could add two more feet to the length and put it in the front bedroom and get rid of the wire shelves it would make a nice house. A little short on overhead kitchen cabinets dishes though. To me it is a very livable house. you also said 14 wide, definitely needs to be 16 wide.
Hey Chance! Just one thing... Could you use a different word instead of 'cheap' on thumbnails? I work in an optometrist office, and I find that a lot of people relate that word to less quality (at least for glasses frames 😁) and I know you don't mean it that way.

I would get rid of dining area and make the master bed larger.
Over all it's a nice home, though having such a huge pantry for a small family and tiny dining area made no sense to me. Also very little linen closets (none in the master bath) was again a not logical. As prices go these days, it was good, though I honestly don't know who can afford to buy new anymore. Overall given the market, I guess I'd have to give it a 7 out of 10.

Beautiful home but the washer and dryer needs to be moved to the other side so it can’t be seen right when you step into the house.
My Grandma's house had baseboard heaters in her house, which she sold in 1974. It also had open asbestos insulation in the attic under the rafters. Times change. Love you, Chance 🤗💖
Your hit the nail on the head with the VOG? (BOG?) walls. I hate them. I have always hated them. We lived in a single wide (3 bed/2 bath) with four growing sons from 1990 to 2000. I think it was 14 x 76. It had lots of cabinets in the kitchen/dining area. A small laundry “nook” - a room with no door. It it had the tape and plaster walls it would have been so so much better. This particular home that you are touring for your viewers…..that 2nd bedroom is tiny! Not even big enough fora nice size sewing or craft room. A very small office, maybe. Pantry is absolutely great! BTW that price is crazy! No thanks.
