The delay effect in the "swing amount" screen was a nice surprise for sure though. Definitely going to be messing more with chords now too.

    Your pocket sounds a lot cleaner than mine does when following along! Is this because of the teenage engineering piece you have there? or what it's being recorded into? I get noise on mine when playing with headphones or right out of the pocket speakers. Any advice?

    • @vvlvmusic
      @vvlvmusic  Рік тому +1

      Hey, so what’s your setup like, how do you record it? What I do is crank the volume of the pocket to max, that leaves the least amount of noise floor imo. Also try to use a somewhat high quality cable for recording. That’s pretty much all I can think of right now. How’s sound for you with games when using the pocket?

    How come when I place a note I don't see the letters?

      when you’re in the Note menu, pressing R + Start should switch the view. Since the latest NL update the bar view with relative switch has become standard.

      @@vvlvmusicOh thanks! So if I understood correctly, in the newer versions the notes or chords (The letters) are supposed to be visible without pressing R + Start?

      @@Javeton exactly. It’s the new default :)

      @@vvlvmusic Oh cool! I just got the pocket on Tuesday and updated it but I didn't see the chords enabled so I assume I have to update the NL separately?

      @@Javeton now I am confused. NL updates automatically. And the only difference should be that when you start a blank project that the notes you place look different. You see some graphic depiction instead of letters. The input combo I told you (while in the note section of the menu) will change that view. Everything else should be exactly like in my video. Hope that helped 👍🏻
