I really appreciated Phil's comments on this video. He's of the vintage (like many of us) who wear glasses and need big touch screens and easy controls. Excellent video Andrew and thanks to Phil for his input.
Just what I needed to see, was a walkthrough of a Newell while in transit. Thanks, Andrew, for showing where the 2 slide bearings housing get really close to each other. It appears one cannot really get in the master bedroom or lay on the bed or go to the master bathroom. However, this a very beautiful coach, I love it!
Absolutely amazing.. if the opportunity ever presents itself, owning a Newell is something I would love to experience.

I have had RVs most of my life. Rigs this complicated seem to always have something wrong with them. I have learned that sometimes simple is better.

It was very nice of You to show the inside perspective of the coach interior where we became aware of the very narrowed space of the corridor when slides are not open sideways. This alone puts a no about choosing this model.
Nice set up, but a quick question it's a new 2024 and 2.5 million but the brake life was reading 80 percent so..not in the high 90s and do you get disc brakes for that price.

Love the black myself! So classy & refreshing change from typical paint jobs you see everywhere in the omnipresent blue/black/grey or maroon/red/grey/black color schemes that I don’t really care for! This is so very chic! Love the all black!

I have a CDL Class A, semi truck driver... if anyone owning one of these needs to hire a driver hit me up haha. This looks amazing! and I understand you probably don't need a CDL to drive this, which makes no sense since it is massive and has air breaks

Newell are beautiful coaches. But I guess you are after the multimillionaires viewers that are capable of affording them.
Tow a trailer. Its easier and cheaper to keep you truck engine maintained. And the trailer, if kept up can last forever.
At the start you said the customer returned it, sooooo that means this beautiful beast is 2nd hand hence shouldn't the price be lower? You can't sell it as brand new if its 2nd hand
If the bays are electric can you close them from the driver seat without having to go back outside
So even though the first person never drove this it was titled and therefore the next owner will not be considered the original owner and will have what is called in our state a "B" Title?

NICE But i Love the Prevost Design a Little bit Better!!
The Prevost is nice but don’t compare to the Newell build…. I went to a Prevost converter and I wanted a 3 bunk and 2 full baths , and they couldn’t do it so I talked to Newell and they can accommodate me on my design. Prevost converter are limited because they only build what Prevost sells to them. Newell don’t have them issues since they build their chassis themselves. Prevost is a close second💯💯

It can't be a 2024 RV, because it's only May 2023.... That honestly makes No sense why you would call it a 2024 RV.
All car manufacturers do this. Go to the dealership and you will find out even though it’s October 2023 the 2024 models are already out

If you can buy a bus for $2.5 million, you should probably have a net worth of $10 million. Then this 10+-millionaire should do the math on this purchase. Let's assume he could not write it off in any way as a business expense, how much would this really cost him? Let's assume rather than buy this heavily depreciating "asset" (actually a liability) he put the money in his investment account, run by a competent investment manager. His manager's annual performance should be about 5% return, which on $2.5 million comes to $125,000 income per year. In 8 years that $2.5 million he did not spend on this coach would have earned a total of $1 million. In 8 years what would this 2023 Newell coach be worth? I'm guessing about $750,000 tops. In other words it would have depreciated by about $1.75 million. Add the depreciation to the $1 million total lost income for 8 years=$2.75 million total cost of this $2.5 million coach. Look at it another way: this coach is really costing $312,500 for each of these 8 years. This to me is insanity! That's why I enjoy looking at your reviews of these mega-expensive RVs. It's a hobby in my retirement--thinking (vicariously) about stupid sh--t I would never do with my retirement funds. Now I suppose if the hypothetical buyer was an entertainer on the road and could hire a full-time driver, for instance, and in the 1/10 of 1% income bracket, this purchase might make sense as a business expense. Or alternatively if someone had an income of $1+ million a year he might be able to make a case for this purchase. Andrew, I notice you're driving a Class B Mercedes van, which probably gets 14 mpg, rather than the 5 mpg Prevost which burned up. That's a rational RV, despite the inherent problems with the diesel Sprinters (of which I purchased 2 for business over the last few years), and makes sense from my point of view.

It is well worth the money & just like everything, it depreciates the moment you walk/drive 🤣out of the showroom or leave the property. Some things depreciate faster than others as we all know but believe me! If I had the income like many do, I would buy this in a heartbeat! It is beautiful inside & out, great company & well made! Best of luck to whomever buys this amazing RV!😁

You don't buy these as an investment; these things depreciate $100K a month basically. Resale in 4-years is like $1.5million if you're lucky and in great shape. You buy this because you want one and it's the best. You buy a LaFerrari as an investment.

It is not a 2024 model in anyway shape or form is it! Because right now it is May 2023. With this aspect the American motor vehicle industry has a very strange denial thing going on. It’s like once upon a time an American vehicle company launched their new vehicle a week before New Years Day and then the next year their rival launched theirs two weeks before and now years down the line they’re being launched early May. Just so stupid!

Also the fact you cannot put the radio on, even just briefly to demonstrate the music system because you will get a UA-cam strike.. that is very poor of UA-cam. Surely any radio station would be happy and feel that their station is being promoted should their station come on. Same with any music artist having their music being played. As long as you don’t play the entire song all the way through then the artist would be happy for a bit of free promotion. Just seems a bit paranoid of UA-cam.
