Very meticulously detailed restoration work and a wonderful and also vividly detailed video.
Thank you for showing step by step the careful disassembly of the parts and the cleaning, restoration and decoating and reassembly processes.
However, since in my case I am looking for a way to restore the locking ability of the lower (movable) jaw of the clamp, I am very interested in what method you chose to restore the locking ability. In some cases the nozzles on the rod are deepened with a chisel, some do it by sawing the teeth with an engraver, sometimes it is enough just to rub the guide rod with rosin or other anti-slip compound. If this does not help, you either have to sharpen the sliding edges of the clamping jaw, or fix it using a punch to push the dot deform back out to allow low arm grip clamping or make constructive additions, which in your case, obviously, was not necessary.
Do you have another video of the clamp restoration where you can show how to restore the clamping and prevent the jaws from slipping when clamped.
With gratitude and wishes for success.
English isn't my natives, so excuse for mistakes.

Great job. I just picked up some very similar clamps that my grandad had. They are pretty rusty, and I really want to restore them. But I don't have half the tools you used. Hm
