Thank you @ipolanikauanoeanuhea3151 so very much for watching our video and taking time to comment. We really appreciate that. So glad we could help. Have a GREAT Day.
Thank you @pepo_boyii so very much for watching our video and taking time to comment. We really appreciate that. I did a little bit of research on this since I have not done this myself. I found that "The really nice thing about this standard is that all the cables are interchangeable. If you plug a TRRS cable in a TRS port, the fourth connection will simply go unused". I will keep you question up so others can correct this answer if my findings are incorrect. Hope this helps and Have a GREAT Day.
Thank you @LegoBiker so very much for watching our video and taking time to comment. We really appreciate that. As you see in my other comments, I have no affiliation with MOVO or Canon. I am simply a consumer who made a video about how I use the two products together. I will still try to help, if I can, but understand I am not one of their technicians so my knowledge is limited on these items. Without seeing how you set it up, I have to assume you set it up the exact same way that the video showed. With that assumption, there are a few possibilities. Your receiver may be set up to receive each transmitter separately (one on the left channel and other on the right). The instructions that came with the MOVO mics is pretty good. You will be able to find the setups there (too much to go into a UA-cam comment section). The other, easier to remedy, possibilities is to ensure you are using the TRRS to TRRS cable as seen in the video. Also make sure you have the TRRS cable coming out of the receiver from the LINE OUT Jack and not the headphone out jack. Hope this helps and Have a GREAT Day.
Thank you @emilfl so very much for watching our video and taking time to comment. We really appreciate that. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to do it at the moment. Possibly Canon may put out a firmware update IF the hardware can handle it. For now you can only use a USB mic if it also has a headphone out jack. There are many UA-cam videos online that show you how to do this without damaging your camera. Hope that helps and Have a GREAT Day.
Thank you @alvinodickson9356 so very much for watching our video and taking time to comment. We really appreciate that. Looking on the Canon website, the R100 and the R10 have the same external audio inputs so it will work. Watch the video all the way to ensure your camera does indeed match up. Hope this helps. Have a GREAT Day.
Thanks for watching and commenting. Yes, it is very easy to set up to have both transmitters to work with the one receiver. My wife and I have done it many times.
Thank you @tampaphone99 so very much for watching our video and taking time to comment. We really appreciate that. If you use the hot shoe mount on the camera as I did in the video, the transmitter I used is just a bit too fat to raise the flash, however I personally have never had a reason to use the flash as I was videotaping. ALSO, if you have a hand held tripod like a MantisPod Pro, you can simply mount the transmitter on the tripod's cold shoe mount so you could then have access to your flash on the camera. Hope that helps. Have a GREAT Day.
Sorry sir ... I do not work for Canon or MOVO. This video is not sponsored by either of them. I have no way to get you specific information about purchasing in India. So sorry I cannot help you with this. Have a great day.
Bro I’ve been wondering how people insert/mount it and was so confused the whole time. Thank you!!!

Great tutorial. Simple, short and effective!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hello. Great video! Would a TRRS cable also work with the camera? Or does it have to be TRS?

For some reason its only picking up the left channel of the mic, and not the right.... Any idea as to why?

can u use 2 external mic with 1 receptor?
Thanks for watching and commenting. Yes, it is very easy to set up to have both transmitters to work with the one receiver. My wife and I have done it many times.
But can you still use the flash? I don’t think you can raise the flash with an external mic. That’s my concern

I never considered hooking the mic to a tripod. Thank you!
