The butterfly joints will slide out and cover up those gaps. Mine were pretty tight, you may have to pop the arm but it looks better. Invisible just be careful with mafex

Want a bigger head and darker blue

It’s the great figure and easily the best 6 inch Superman but that head size looks really weird in comparison even with Mafex own Spidey and Batman it’s tiny. If they could have fixed that issue and also made body 5 percent bigger this could have been the Holy grail Superman figure.

They actually made it a little shorter than the original release
