Love this figure. May I know what is the visual difference between the 1st reissue and the 2nd reissue version?
Ok, took me a while to get a comparison (I don't own the previous versions). So it seems that the '23 reissue "has a mate finish to the plastic. The blue is a little lighter, the skin tones are more vibrant, which gives him more of an anime look. The previous reissue had more blue highlights on the hair vs the new one being mostly black. The yellow parts are very similar for the both reissues. Same fabric for the Cape and same height ".
@@ZenReviewZThanks for sharing bro. I guess the differences between the two reissue versions are rather subtle. I guess if I am getting one, I don't mind either (as long as it is not the original one with 'less than perfect' yellow 'S' on the cape).

If price wasn't a factor would you recomend the Mezco man of steel Superman or the Hush Mafex Superman? Also second question does the mezco superman look weird with non soft goods figures like the Mafex homeland for example? Love the video! I can't decide between the two figures as my definitive 6 inch superman
It's really difficult to say because I have both and probably if I wouldn't, I'd buy the other one just out of curiosity. The Mafex is a little slimmer and imo looks younger? But if you want a smiling Superman (which is rare in 1/12 line) and the 'S' does not bother you (I personally don't like it and I think it's the worst thing about this figure) go for the Mezco. You also have a light up feature, and lots of accessories. Mezco Supes definitely brings a lot of options and from this point of view I would suggest the Mezco. But if you want to have the Hush set, Mezco doesn't fit with the rest of the Mafexes. Imo I think if the price is not a factor buy both. Then you can see for yourself what all the videos in this world can't show you and that is the fact that what makes you happy and satisfied is what really matters.
