- In this Episode we visit the Spaventi Studio in Amsterdam, a fantastic mastering studio created by MarcoAntonio Spaventi to finalise some of the best electronic music acts on the market. With more than fifteen years of activity, the studio hosts some of the most iconic mastering grade outboard gear and monitoring setup available today.
We had exclusive access to the room and we had a very nice chat with the engineer, MarcoAntonio Spaventi discussing his studio work flow and his inspiring perspective on the industry today.

Beautiful mastering studio
Glad you like it!
Beautiful setup with lovely art work ❤
Not only a great mastering engineer. Marco is a very talented electronic music producer and a really down-to-earth lad. Had the pleasure to work with him on our label. Great interview and Congrats on the new studio Marco, looks great!
Couldn't agree more! Thanks for watching it Eddie!!
Thank you Eddie! That studio is already old ahah now I sit in another place, better. You'll see :)
Great video. It’s funny that Italians in Amsterdam now say the word “hella”. As a Bay Area native, it’s funny seeing our word spread around the world.
So true!
love the word :) Got it from southpark
hahaha truth!
Nice video, it's lovely to see studios and people dedicated to making good music sound great also well outside of the usual USA/UK scope, focus and mentality of the overwhelming majority of such videos here on YT.
👍👍👍
The music industry, big or small, and more importantly fine, interesting music, musicians and skilled professionals also exist in other countries and territories, but it is too often forgotten and too easily overlooked. And, in my opinion & experience, horizons should be broadened - not uniformed.
Bravi, ben fatta!
👏👏👏
The force is strong this side of the Atlantic 😀
I hope to see more content from this channel. It’s probably the best pro audio channel

Big fan of this guys tracks on delsin. But man, what a studio!
Grazie Tanto 🙂
You guys are very welcomed!
Brilliant and very informative interview. Thank you very much. I’m not a mastering engineer, but some of that tube gear could be useful for the mix bus. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great review. Been thinking of adding a Fatso EL7X to my mastering chain as well for it high frequency limiting as well. Curious where he's using it in the chain.
Thanks for your comment. I have just asked the man… he’s using it after EQ and before his maselec compressor!
@@RedStoneProductions great. Thanx!!
@Audiokemestry. Also check out some Interviews with the great Luca Pretolesi. He‘s talking about his Fatso and High Freq-Limiting. 👍
