I agree with you. Hybe has a horrible way they treat all female singers they are associated with. Yes they should not be using minors to promote songs and dance moves that are over sexualized. I don't know if it is the change in society in the world or over there of what. I admit I am a late comer to Kpop but I have looked back at early 1st and 2nd generation female groups and it appears that the companies would not go for this kind of thing. (Think The Grace's "So Good" or Girls' Generation's debut video "Into The New World"). I think Hype and Kpop in general should not push adult material on minors. Good report by you.
Not just female singers, enhypen, bts and other underage artists hybe creatives had an affiliation to in some kind of way all ended up being victims of the same problem. Atp it's a pattern
Kara had minors singing rock your body and doing the mister dance. It's a kpop industry problem. You bitter BTS antis are just using this as an excuse to get ppl to boycott all of hybe groups. Meanwhile yg exploited bm with like that. Where was the outrage and boycott?
(Using google translate sorry if misspell..)I don’t like the song, it is very awkward when I listen to it with others but hybe likes to sexualise idols but it is normal which is weird because it shouldn’t be normalised..as a fan of a group under hybe when will be a day when hybe doesn’t sexualise idols , we do not know…
Y'all have such double standards when it comes to Hybe groups .. it's baffling. Yes they're wrong in that but nobody ..i mean NOBODY calls out yg for what they do it babymonster. Illit has 16 above age but babymonster has 14 yr old girl there and sometimes she's the one dressed the most inappropriately. If you don't like the song don't listen to it. If you think HYBE is bad for what they're doing, all music companies are bad because they all do it. You cannot name one music company that's not doing what HYBE did. That's life in the music business
It's really a reach for you to say that all Kpop companies are doing it just because HYBE was guilty about this. As far as I know, JYP, SM, and YG are not doing this in this timeframe. I don't see NMIXX, Aespa, or Baby Monster releasing a song like this. JYP is basically doing whatever, they're fumbling a bit with their concepts but they're alright. SM is mostly guilty about pushing Kwangya into all of their artists even though Aespa is the main character for that concept, and also AI Idols. YG is doing what they are known about, flaunting about money and swag concepts. I'm not saying that there aren't any Kpop company that's doing this, Busters exist and we all know and hate their company for doing it, but don't say that ALL company is doing this. It's like accusing all of HYBE artists are bad singers just because one of them caught lacking in that department, DON'T EVER GENERALIZE All in all, no underage idols should sing explicit lyrics, especially since they're still young and the adults in the company should be the one to protect them from it. HYBE is the target since they've been caught twice for it, with Cookie and now Tick-Tack (or three times since people say that Cool with you is also somewhat inappropriate, I haven't heard the song yet)
who is boycotting it, women in their thirties? or teens who look like in their thirties?...adult women don't necessarily look mid-age you know...all the girls are adults and its a matter of Laws...16 is age of conent in many countries and even in some US states...
So you are admitting that the song is sexualising minors? And you should know that countries where 16 is age of consent, adults can still be charged for sexual behaviour with 16/17 year olds because they are still children by law. Eg. A 16 year old and a 17 year old would be fine (18 years old is also fine in some countries), but anyone older or younger is still illegal. Age of consent means the age you can legally do the deed, not the age you become an adult.
If I remember right 19 is the age of consent in Korea(or possibly when they are considered adults, idk), still their concept leans heavily into a younger target audience, who while they may not understand it their parents would
@ then why mention law? And you cannot be serious, you must be a bot because no way predators like this will have the nerve to say that about their own sisters.

True it's do sad, I think hybe has noticed that recently the most successful women in pop barely west clothes and are jumping onto that trend. Not saying she should be covered from head to toe but what happened to dressing appropriately? Like the short you sent just now Monon looks like she's wearing underwear and a see through "dress" over.
maybe the crop top is too cropped ? but ive never seen them do anything crazy with yoonchae especially when the other members normally have the shortest shorts ever shes normally very covered, or in trousers -even in this link u sent her skirt and socks are longer than the others, this fit is diabolical anyway (all of them are tbh omg)
right! they keep putting megan in them really short shorts that hardly cover anything with no safety shorts or anything under. i thought she was 18 but it turns out she’s 17😭 turned 17 THIS year mind you

(Using google translate sorry if misspell..)I don’t like the song, it is very awkward when I listen to it with others but hybe likes to sexualise idols but it is normal which is weird because it shouldn’t be normalised..as a fan of a group under hybe when will be a day when hybe doesn’t sexualise idols , we do not know…
Whether it's a girl group or a boy group Hybe don't care, they literally debut these minors just to sexualize them....they need to get it together
What's your opinion on the two year in a half rookie gg XG being invited to perform on Coachella?
Y'all have such double standards when it comes to Hybe groups .. it's baffling. Yes they're wrong in that but nobody ..i mean NOBODY calls out yg for what they do it babymonster.
Illit has 16 above age but babymonster has 14 yr old girl there and sometimes she's the one dressed the most inappropriately. Their choreo literally has twerking , butt shaking, inappropriate lyrics in several songs but somehow people seem to overlook that nd just enjoy it . Hmmm i wonder why that is.
wait for the hybe stans to come defending that company. Just because their faves have an investment in the company
Yikes Hybe been doing all this crazy media play for far too long I too been withdrawing support their groups too bc it’s just uhhhh. I’ve gotten into jpop as of late bc alot of my fave groups was from Hybe and SM and I’ve started to boycott them bc the companies are driving me bananas with their shitty management
Subsidiary is pronounced sub-sid-ee-airy. You keep missing a syllable.
I love tick-tack so much, the song was supposed to be about avoiding a boy because your too shy so why is the English one so damn sexual??
what the..
omg heyy
heyyyyyy ❤❤❤
Can I say that this one is even worse than the NewJeans "Cookie" one? Like, the lyrics in this songs are f- disgusting, especially the ones from Wonhee.
Girl, do not lie. Cookie is much worse. “Looking at my cookie” and “I wanna see you taste it” is literally right there.
@CherryArcherry Have you seen the lyrics of this song? 💀
Hii!
Hellooooooo
Hybe should of never had Ava to make the song the lyrics is so inappropriate for the wonhee and iroha if hybe knew the lyrics was like this they should of never even made a English version
Okay-
The lyrics are bad, but the song is so catchy, I can't make up ny mind
Hybe would probably go bankrupt before doing stuff right
queen what is your opinion on muslims being mad at yujin for wearing a shirt with Allah
Wth do u mean what’s her opinion?? Muslim ppl and only muslim ppl can say they’re opinion in that cuz even us (muslims) CANT WEAR SOMETHING LIKE THAT ITS SO DISRESPECTFUL we don’t use god or messengers or prophets as aesthetic accessories!
@ babes I am from the west and I always see ppl dressing up as Jesus or a nun or a priest etc. for Halloween so yes you definitely very much can period! Anyways, I was asking HER(not you) because kpop drama is quite literally what her channel is about…
@@rainbowsubs2
First of all nobody cares if ur from the west or not second of all wtf does Christianity have to do with this? If Christians wear things that are part of their religion, then that has nothing to do with Islam! You cannot use or do something that even Muslims cannot that is part of their religion. This is considered an insult! Don’t use other religious as aesthetic! Wtf is hard to understand??? Its a religion not a joke wake tf up
@ and no one gaf that u r Muslim yet u brought it up lmfao 😭Yujin can do whatever she wants her body her choice PERIOD
@@rainbowsubs2Hm sure but islam has different rules about things like this. If she wore that to the toilet, that would be really really bad (as you don’t bring sacred things or pray where you’d ease yourself of dirty bodily contents){source: asked a Muslim friend one time}
Christianity is more relaxed I guess.
I cant grasp why people love to sexualise children…
You should see the comments I’m removing. Imagine hating on someone for not condoning the sexualisation of children. Weird
Cookies 🍪🍪🍪🍪🤮💩🧢💩🤦♀️🤬
their group name should be illicit
Trying to imitate western music.
I can't complete this video because of this wrong information
They were not twerking, that is incorrect term, nonetheless the dance move was inappropriate
Whoa!! wtf!! Haha
I think we should boycott Hybe period. Yes because of this but also many other things. It’s gone too unprofessional. I’m not even sure if I need to state why but I will.
Are you going to boycott yg too then since they do the same to babymonster with inappropriate outfits, choreos to lyrics.
If you don't like the song don't listen to it. If you think HYBE is bad for what they're doing, all music companies are bad because they all do it. You cannot name one music company that's not doing what HYBE did. That's life in the music business
XGALX isn't bad at all..
It's like accusing all of HYBE artists are bad singers just because one of them caught lacking in that department, DON'T EVER GENERALIZE
All in all, no underage idols should sing explicit lyrics, especially since they're still young and the adults in the company should be the one to protect them from it. HYBE is the target since they've been caught twice for it, with Cookie and now Tick-Tack (or three times since people say that Cool with you is also somewhat inappropriate, I haven't heard the song yet)
heads up the cherish mv is based on a fetish ...
My God, they do look like New Jeans...
And people are getting so majorly worked up when Newjeans is saying goodbye????
y'all never understand, unless you repentance to Jesus Christ.
who is boycotting it, women in their thirties? or teens who look like in their thirties?...adult women don't necessarily look mid-age you know...all the girls are adults and its a matter of Laws...16 is age of conent in many countries and even in some US states...
If I remember right 19 is the age of consent in Korea(or possibly when they are considered adults, idk), still their concept leans heavily into a younger target audience, who while they may not understand it their parents would
@@CCOHA-1 all these laws are bs, biology is what matters...2 of my sisters were mothers at 17, they are twins...Richard Nixon can bih.
@ then why mention law? And you cannot be serious, you must be a bot because no way predators like this will have the nerve to say that about their own sisters.
@@CCOHA-1 it would be Hilarious if I call one of my sisters to join this conversation and put you in your place especially if thats you in the pfp lol..cause you obviously look in your thirties.
For me with age and kpop, I can’t ignore talented minors, BUT the MINIMUM age should be 16. That’s the age I would be comfortable if my own child went into music.
I cant with hybe, even in katseye yoonchae is only 16 and hybe always manages to dress her innapropiate, look at this link how yoonchae is dressed
ua-cam.com/users/shortsf7AE7C1n3Gw?si=Mb2ZNYr3JgILXxpf
No I was in the same boat with Katseye then I found out there was 2 minors like last week.
right! they keep putting megan in them really short shorts that hardly cover anything with no safety shorts or anything under. i thought she was 18 but it turns out she’s 17😭 turned 17 THIS year mind you
omg first???? can I get a hi??? 😭😭🩷🩷
Hello darling!!! Hope you have a lovely day ❤️
