With that porch cut out, I'd flip it around and make that the front of the house and put all the bedrooms on the back of the house away from any traffic
I love the flooring. Love the den and inlaw suite. Love the under the counter sink. Less water going everywhere when you are washing your hands. Love the built in back. It's so nice when it's in the center part of the home. Great size area for dining room. Love the brown floors. Hate the grey floors. It really has it all. Den, in-law suite, pantry, beautiful porch. Oh my goodness, what an amazing home! I am in love with the master shower. I would want to put a tile shower with a tile floor in the in-law suite. The tile showers with a tile floor helps prevent slip and falls and easier for them to get in and out. I love the placement of the back porch with all of the windows. I just had to watch this video on my iPad this morning since we lost power due to the storms that came through Texas early Tuesday morning! I pray for all of the families affected by the storms! Looks like the really important bells and whistles home: Real wood/gas burning fireplace, good kitchen, nice sized corner pantry, like the dining location, adjacent to the kitchen, nice back deck, the extra family room, good size bedrooms and bathrooms! Great possibilities for a growing family.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the wood burning fireplace, the whole living room, the ceiling in the kitchen area, the island in the kitchen, very nice size secondary bedrooms, family room, and the tub in the master bathroom.
Ceilng vents......YES!!!! LOVE the wooden ceiling in the kitchen/dining room!!!! Would love that in all the bedrooms as well. Love the choice of flooring too. Happy to see thru the whole house. This one is definitely up in the top 15 of my favorites.

I love love love the corner fireplace. The kitchen has lots of storage- A+. I would need the kitchen closed off due to foster kids. In the main bathroom I would only want one basin as my husband died. I'd prefer a place to sit and a spot for a laundry basket under the counter. The closet is huge! lots of room to store important things . I really like this home.

Chance, this is a beautiful home. The exterior is beautiful with the wood trimmings . The back porch, and double doors is very pretty. The ceiling in the kitchen sold it for me.
I remember the floor plan and have always like it> that is my kind of kitchen! i loved all the shelves in that long cupboard. Most of them have shelves so far apart that you just be stacking everything. My favorite thing is the efficient use of all that space! I love it.
This is another great house! Nice size with the 4 bdrm and 3 baths WOW! The inlaw suite is great! I love the porch patio too! Love the kitchen too! The interiors are amazing! Love the soaker bath tub in the master!

I love the pantries, but what I wish they would do is put some electrical outlets on the walls of the pantries. A friend of mine had her house built that way and she has a giant appliance garage. It's very handy.
This house is beautiful! I love the floorplan! That porch on the side is wonderful, too! But, no coat closet near the main entrance is a deal breaker for me.

I really enjoyed this model very nice, and a great price too. I like the wood ceilings makes it very cozy. Oh and that back porch wow that would be nice to screen and sit out there while it rains. I would probably add some adjustable louvers for the rain and privacy if needed.

Lived in a Palm Harbor for 17 years and it was very nice. So many people look down on MH's, but they have been improved so much in the last 10 years!

I prefer woodburning fireplaces because they can be used for heat in extreme weather and even cooking if need be. 👍🏻
