On August 25, 2022, an off-duty sergeant encountered a road rage incident in La Crosse, WI. The sergeant drew his weapon in response to an agitated driver who had blocked him. The driver eventually called 911, claiming the sergeant had threatened him. When police located the driver, he displayed signs of intoxication.

hey police im a massive criminal
dose this money go to police or where
He’s just mad because he pulled a road Rager by getting out of his car and someone had to show him that you know they’re not afraid of him and they had the means to put him down if need be. Who the hell does he think he is getting out of his car during traffic to confront someone behind him? Ha, ha ha you meth head you got caught maybe next time you’ll drive appropriately.
A police officer once told me as a police officer we are never off duty we always carry no matter what
Will you post the Stolen Semi? The chase happened on the interstate by Wisconsin Dells.
Driving drunk, under suspension, with weed, paraphernalia, open containers of alcohol in the vehicle and then calling the police to the scene yourself is a genius level move.
He's a regular Saul Goodman. 🤣
yes but he was pulled over unlawfully. Every "charge" after the fact regardless, all that should be dismissed.
He'd fit right in with cheech and chong in the 70's. Without the attitude of course.
@Theorangecrushgamer No, he was definitely the primary target. I'm quite sure the off duty officer called in his road raging and himself having to draw a weapon on him. The fact that he called in too, makes no difference.
@@Theorangecrushgamer Not unlawfully, you can't just get out of your car in traffic and approach another vehicle in such a manner.
Even a regular Citizen could get away with drawing their licensed firearm.. especially since the suspect was "Concealing his hand while approaching your vehicle".
He's the one who caused the initial disturbance along with a traffic violation and self endangerment for exiting the vehicle where he did.
What people fail to realize or even think of is a Majority of Law abiding Civilians legally carry.
The amount of people who think they can't be arrested because they called the cops is astounding.
Nahh but like he did call about him pointing a gun at him then he gets arrested I would be lowkey mad to ngl
I don't know why these geniuses don't just rob banks or something instead of doing stupid road rage nonsense;
Should be easy, they rob the bank then they call the cops and tell them the cashier was rude to them, and they make their escape as the cops are talking to the bank employees!
@@ced2x628facts I would be too but tweakyy got a meth pipe and drunk

This is the most beautiful description of this video 😂😂😂
…for ALOT of these videos tbh
Moral of the story: Don't bring a meth pipe to a gun fight.🤣
Think carefully before calling the cops.
It’s called La Crosse.
Somebody needs to tell him if he invokes his rights to a lawyer he should also exercise his right to shut the F up!
I fucking agree.!! HOLY FUCK!!
This mf talks in his sleep. He has never stopped talking and yelling at people. He makes another appearance on the channel a few months later for the same thing. He started getting aggressive while drunk and threw a tantrum.
Why do people think that lawyers will show up at the arrest scene? That's the last place an attorney wants to be.
He's just pissed off because he brought a meth pipe to a road rage incident.
Let me get this straight . You are driving with a suspended license, you have a meth pipe on you, marijuana in the car, and you've been drinking. So, you think this is a great time to practice some road rage, and call the cops on another driver over an incident that you escalated. GOT IT!
I think this year's Darwin Award winner is in the bag!
The most ridiculous part is that he got away with no jail time...
It baffles me that with all of those charges, he gets probation. I dont have a single thing on my record, and I know if I had those charges, I'd get at least 5-10 years. But, I guess money gets you places.
Fine upstanding citizen and all … 🙄🤦♀️
This man is a king
Drunk people don't often make the best decisions.
He literally called the cops on himself for drinking and driving. What a genius. I wish they would all do that.
What a bumfcUK goof this mook man is.
Don't forget the meth pipe😂
…and the 71 grams of marijuana.
@@scottmichaels685471 grams? Bro doesn't need that much on him at once, what was he thinking?

@@Royay totally agree! I'm sure people haven't notified Police after finding a body for that very reason.

To interact with the police when you have a suspended license, a meth pipe, an open container and drunk is beyond stupidity. How does he justify his existence.
He cannot but, at least he can keep playing his get out of jail free card . It never fails him.
Forgot about the 71 grams of pot too 😂😂
And then when they trying to figure out if they smell alcohol he just admits he's had a few drinks all on his own.

neither does absolve an off duty cop threatening him with a gun...this is a shitshow cuz 5guys came to jail someone cuz he called the cops to detain another cop...this looks very bad for both ..BUT THEY FOCUS ON THE NON-COP
His chargers were misdemeanor OWI and felony threat to an officer. The latter easily could have been avoided if he kept his mouth shut.
He's been arrested 4 times already, and now number five...and they dismiss most of his charges and set him free. Once again! And judges are not held accountable for any of this.

Kevin: “You know I have a lot of money 💰 right?,”
Cop: “that’s awesome!”

ME TOO!!!
"You're holding me against me against my will." Yes, we are. That is the nature of of being under arrest.
I'd be shocked if people were willingly wanting to be arrested lol
@@kelts895 Try to imagine this. 3 teenage girls, about 15 yrs old. We called them the witch's coven. Always together and addicted to huffing gas fumes. If one got arrested, the other two would wait outside our police station until the curfew on their probation order went by so we would arrest them and put them in jail together. The guards in central remand would often complain about them because they were so seriously addicted and unpredictable. Life is hard in northern Canada.
@@grnhrntskato I am gonna assume that you have experience in the legal system in terms of policing in some way so you are definitely the expert so my question is how and why they are able to get arrested so many times. This also applies to this video of how he got arrested so many times before and after this. So like, is there normally no system to stop them from getting arrested or something because it is pretty sad to see them get arrested over and over especially since they lose a lot of the misdemeanours and other charges and aren't punished as harshly as they should've been
@@kelts895 If I understand your question correctly, you are asking why offenders are arrested multiple times and don't seem to be held accountable to a significant degree. Once the police make an arrest and send the evidence to the prosecutor, the rest of the judicial process is out of their control. The prosecutor decides if there is enough evidence to take the case forward. If not, they will withdraw the charge. Next is politics. If the prosecutor is trying to keep the political boss happy so those people get voted back in, they might only prosecute those casses that they feel will make the public happy. This is why you saw so few prosecutions in Seattle for instance during the riots. If a case gets to court and the accused pleads guilty, there is often a deal made to drop other charges and minimize punishment. Again, this could be effected by the political mood of the day. Politicians want to "fix" the problem of having too many people of color overrepresented in jail. Finally, the judge decides guilt or innocence. They may have their own biases that play into their findings and punishments.
in this way, offenders can end up going right back to their criminal activity, requiring the police to arrest them over and over as the rest of the system keeps letting them back out. I hope that answers your question.
@@grnhrntskato Very informative and great answer, that explains a lot thank you. Sorry for another question but would those same factors still apply in other countries or the country I live in (Australia) and if so, are they the exact same, more harsh on punishment, or more easily bias or based on politics
I remember watching this last year but the video of what happened wasnt available. It's nice to see this case followed through.
That cop was trolling him when he told kevin he was "crystal clear" 😂😂😂😊
"You have the right to remain silent" is advice that I wish more criminals would take.
I want a lawyer but let me tell you all of my crimes before you shut the door!!!
Um, why? Let them keep on talking and digging that hole. Maybe, even in LaCrosse, they'll incriminate themselves to the point that they'll actually go to jail and not be released on a $5 bond.
Why would you wish criminals remain silent? You should want them to be stupid so they go to jail. It's actually a good thing when they go to jail
@@R.PMcMurphy first off, I'm sick of hearing them blabber in these videos. Second, and even more importantly, I don't want to live under totalitarianism. A free country doesn't lock people up without evidence. That's what would-be despots like Trump want to do, but in the US we already fought a war against having a king. If someone committed a crime, then there will be evidence. Let the police work to earn their pay by finding that evidence. I also believe in fair and speedy trials.
The best part is I don't think any of the police even smelt alcohol before he started shouting. Has he literally kept his mouth shut as soon as the cuffs came on he might have been in the clear for that at least.
The people who keep letting him out of jail need to be prosecuted
People just assume that jails and prisons have infinite space or something.

@@crustykangaroo5880that’s a good point that I never thought about honestly. Isn’t it terrible that we have so many bad people that they can’t even fit all of them?
@@eerierevenant742 Sad but true. There are obiviously way more good people than bad but when the population rapidly grows, there is a cost to it. The only reason why I know about this issue is because my brother used to work as a CO in a jail. They have to take transported inmates from another jail in the city because of the capaticy issue and this said jail lets go up to 100s a day.
@@eerierevenant742 Another sad truth is the Jails and PDs do not have the bodies currently to do their basic work needs because it's a mixture of not having the funds, not many have the certifications and/or it's a very demanding job to the point where a lot quit.

Was not expecting him to go all Michael Scott on us during the field sobriety test😂
He’s driving after smoking meth, having baggies of weed, admitted to drinking too, and a suspended license but still acts like a victim. What a piece of…work.

Our legal system is a JOKE!!!! How can someone whose been arrested sooo many time with several felonies, get another felony with an OWI and only get 2 year’s probation with no time served. Pathetic!
They need lots of crime so they can take everyone's guns. Obvious at this point.
Yup
Like a drug addicted alcoholic gives a rats ass about probation!😂
Maybe he wasn't arrested with proper reason
Leftist DA’s and judges. Stop voting for them, or don’t be lazy and show up to vote against them.
Why are so many of these videos in lacrosse wisconsin!😂😂
Little known fact. The degenerate, north woods, hillbillies in Wisconsin make Appalachia look like the center of the renaissance.
he gets all his bodycams from Wisconsin
Taken into custody 4 times this year and still gets a slap on the wrist!, no surprise he continues to break the law, our legal system is incredibly flawed, if there are no repercussions for breaking the law, why not continue illegal behaviour? CRAZY!
This happens so freaking much. The system and DA’s are awful
its not as fun as it sounds. I went to jail about 25 years ago for possession with purpose of trafficking. I had to stay in north fraser on the medicated and immigrants unit. It was super max security, they have you go through about 6 checkpoints before going to your unit. When searching you they touch your entire body from your crotch to the bottom of your feet. No toilet seat, no pillows, basically everyone on your unit is at the worst point in their life, most are the worst of society or the most abused. I was there at the same time as willy pickton too. My stay was not bad but it could have been terrible and I was only there a month. This is canada too btw. Anyways it sucks having a 300 pound door shut behind you and if you make an enemy it can be a fight and then getting locked in solitary. However I agree with you they should tighten the system (especially against theives and rapists and murderers) I am not so much thinking drug users should be in jail as its a social and medical issue. i was never a theif (mostly) so ............anyway just typing as I am coming off frugs and trying to clean up my life
He’s in the wrong by having all that on him an drinking but at end of the day he did have a gun pointed at him while driving If it was a citizen they be in jail no matter the situation but a cop got off but I wanna know how long u think he should be locked up for?
@floridaboi9412 he had a gun pointed at him after approaching someone's car, not once, but twice, acting like he had a gun, after a road rage incident. He wasn't just randomly driving by.

"you're crystal clear Kevin" @7:28 lol
I'm so shocked that this calm and rational citizen would perpetrate a road rage incident that caused someone else to feel threatened.
The more shocking thing was that he was right, he did get away with the stuff he did, just like he said he would. Had he not threatened the police officer during his arrest he would have walked away without a felony.
How could this happen? He seemed so centered and Zen.
@@andrewmanzo8217I will never understand why some people insist on turning a simple misdemeanor into multiple felonies. Hell, when I got arrested I was trying to cooperate so I could get back home asap.
Irregardless, a person approaching your vehicle shouldn’t necessitate aiming a firearm at them unless you feel you’re legitimately in danger. Unholstering it - absolutely have it ready, but don’t aim it at an unarmed person otherwise you might very well contribute to a shootout - which could have happened here when he returned with his gun. It by far and large antagonizes a situation.
It seems like he was out looking for trouble and found it.
