I thought I'd tried all the workarounds and I eventually tried to set my Versa up as a new device but to do this I had to delete the "old" one off, which is actually the existing one...then it wouldn't let me add it back onto my phone. But by following your video I've been able to. You absolute beauty! If I was singleand in the same country as you (I don't think I am, anyway) I would ask you if I could take you out for a meal and some beers. Hopefully I won't have to buy a new Fitbit now! :)

@@vikramk1570 you have to contact Fitbit directly (there should be a phone Number Available online, if not there is definitely an email for their customer service). Message or call them. As long as it is before 1 year from the date of purchase Your Fitbit is still covered under the initial Factory warranty. They will send you a Replacement and an envelope to mail your one that is no longer working back to them. Hope this helps.

I had the problem after I changed to a custom clock face(though I had no clue that it might have an inpact). After a long time with the "unable to sync" message happening frequently I tried changing back to the default clock face, and that actually fixed it.

Yes, i am thinking about the same reason ( bluetooth headphones) and I had to play with features in Bluetooth Connection Control and it works again for my Android phone.
What if it disconnect while one is running, and this causes you to get off the connected GPS.. There has to be quick and faster way to reconnect (hopefully)..

Can the Versa be set to "speak" periodically during a workout, using connected Bluetooth headphones? I've noticed that Google Fit app will NOT do this, regardless of setting.

What would be the next step you would do if that does not work? My husband reset the watch, restarted the phone, deleted the app, re-dowloaded it, and no other bluetooth devices are linked either, and the watch will not synch. It is not connected to another device. My husband downloaded the app on his phone and was able to get it to synch. We bought this for our son for Christmas and this morning was the first time experiencing this issue. Would appreciate any advice. My son split the cost for this, so he is pretty bummed to say the least.

I have a question not relevant to this video...I have a Versa and I did a factory reset and now it is only showing the Fitbit logo with download app in different languages. What do I need to do now to get my Fitbit working again?
This did not work to connect my fit bit versa to my phone. From day one of buying my fit bit versa it has not recorded any stairs accounts at all. It was connected to my phone often on. It now will not connect at all. However It will connect to my iPad perfectly and send all my information for the week daily. I have not tried the suggestion by somebody to delete the Fitbit app and then re-new bit it up and try again, Because I do not want to lose years of steps that I’ve recorded. And then unsure if this will happen if I delete the app. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on how to get The fit bit versa to stay attached to my iPhone. I have all the new updates on my iPhone so there should not be a problem one would think. iPhone quite a few fit bits and never had issues with the connection before. I do not find this versa very friendly product although I really like the screen and how easy it is to see and work with in general. I’d appreciate any advice . Nope. Didn’t work. Keeps trying to pair, but ends up with the message “Couldn’t pair. Check settings for this devise and try again.” Been trying for days now. I don’t know what I need to do. I’ve checked every setting. Guess I’ll take it back to factory settings and try again. Reloading takes hours. Have to say I hate this watch. Hope the Versa 2 works better. Supposedly Fitbit is aware of the issues, but seem incapable of fixing them. Very disappointing.
Good video. My only complaint is how you pronounce button. There's a T in the word friend. You say buh-unn. Don't know why that drives me crazy but it does. Maybe I just need to drink less coffee - IDK. Peace.

I did all of these and my versa won't sync with my phone. I had 2 weeks trying everything.
Next time, try and turn off and on the Bluetooth on your phone, before power cycling the phone itself.. (as this will be quicker)..

If you go into the app and click on the watch it will bring up an option for "watch faces." From there you can just select the original watch face.
