I just got my fitbit versa 4 today. I got it for $140 on Facebook. I'm enjoying it so far. I did order a charge cable, watch band, power adapter, and dock.

Thank you! A very good presentation of the versa four but my head is spinning! So much information and so quickly! You covered a lot, but too much to learn all at once and unable to follow so quickly. I tried to listen to it at half the speed, but it was too slow. I was able to change the clock face easily, but have a long way to go for the rest of it. I’ll watch the video again tomorrow and learn a bit more. Thanks again for all your help.!

What a FABULOUS video!! I just got my new Versa 4 after having just the plain Versa and I had NO idea I could actually take phone calls from it. This was so very helpful. I do have just one question though, my fitbit app is a bit different from the one you showed on the video and it doesn't give me the quick response options - is there some way to add that? I got one a few days ago, the screen actually has auto-brightness, it auto-adjusts in all 3 settings, the difference between dim, mid and max is in how bright it will go for a given ambient light.

My phone just won’t let me add my card, it asks to send a code to the phone number on file (yes it is my number) but I never receive the code!! Then I did it too many times apparently so it asked me to choose another method BUT that IS the only method … what do I do 😭

Whatever you do, don't buy one of these watches. I received this as a gift for Christmas and it did nothing but infuriate me. Nothing ever worked properly. It showed the wrong time after the battery died which happened very quickly, and it wouldn't connect to my phone by bluetooth. I tried doing a factory reset and it was basically frozen halfway through the operation so I just decided enough is enough and I took it into the garage and just smashed it to pieces with a hammer and my life is better now.
