I dislike individual title for one thing that you mentioned. Owners do whatever they like for eg my neighbour renovated their house Three times, the last was a rebuild from two into three stories. Imagine what my house has to endure, leaks, vibrations and everything, now the soundproof and structure is so weak that i can hear my neighbour vacuuming the floor or cooking… and they literally block the wind and our house is so freaking hot nowadays.
True from what you said , to me don’t too eager to extend the house as the defect liability are very crucial for landed property. I was lucky enough as I didn’t do any renovation and the house happened land settlement .. and many of my neighbours affected . But for those renovated they have to bite the bullet as other houses are doing piling and yet the extended house are affected by those piling . Developer only responsible those not renovation.Go asked around Setia alam housing and also Bukit raja housing before do a decision to renovate.
The "river" in video looks familiar to me 😂 Part of Persiaran Setia Perdana did flooded in last year Nov. It's one of my unforgettable day where I successfully passed through a 15" tyre depth of water with my 93 Corolla, perhaps I won't do it next time, perhaps...

Because I found out that, for Johor terrace, their terrace when build by developer, normally developer will build till the very end and up stair also fully extend. If I am not wrong, KL Selangor is not allow to extend for second storey. Could you please kindly share this difference?
As much as I love these gated communities, they are the number one reason Malaysians MUST own a car and defeats the purpose of public transportation, even the surrounding roads around Setia City are not safe to ride bicycles due to the road design, and the commercial areas are full car eccentric designed, not even considered for pedestrians/disabled people to move around.

Technically I don’t like landed for now because I don’t need all the extra space yet. Large built ups are just wasting a lot of time for me. So I’m prioritising convenience and return on investment now. Hence I got the Co-Home at Eco Ardence for now.

Honestly if like that, the developers should just sell some plots of land for the owner to do their own construction. Save money for developer also hahaha
Setia alam is best city because many facilities around here like school,mosque,fast food mcd/kfc/etc,shopping mall with cinema and other.But i hate this area is flat (10M+ from sea water level) and when you driving home,sometimes there highway is flood
Few years later miraculously no need to go work in Kota Damansara anymore meh? I guess the goal is to reach financial independence by 40 so I can live somewhere further without having to deal with the commute ...
You can always get promoted into a new position elsewhere, or you would now travel because you NEED the space for your family instead of just living in such a huge space with 2 person only. Thanks for watching!!

You can look at new township like Batu Kawan . it's pedestrian nightmare!Not sure Abt JB with future BRT ....Msians hate public transportations!

Isn't it incredibly inefficient to build then whack then rebuild? lol. Why not just build it fully extended as a default?
Because not everyone share the same needs or preferences. For example some might use the extra spaces at the back for gardening etc.

nah, i stay here for 3 years already. this area is not flood, that is why the demand is high here, and the subsale price jump alot.
