How to apply Liquiproof to sneakers - 4K tutorial application method

In this guide we show you how to effectively apply Liquiproof to sneakers. Featured are the 2009 Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium QS 'Denim & Cords'
Consisting of various coloured materials such as suede, denim and corduroy.
You'll need:
Clean pair of sneakers
Liquiproof Footwear and/or Liquiproof Leather

STEP 1
Place a shoe tree in each sneaker. Ensure the surface of the sneaker is clean and free from dust and dirt. We recommend using on new items. Brush off the lose particles with a soft brush even if the sneakers are box fresh.
Application
STEP 2
Ensure you are using the appropriate protector spray. Spray evenly over the entire sneakers from a distance of approx. 10-15 cm until surface is damp.
STEP 3
When applying to sneakers that contain a mixture of materials, for example, suede (absorbent) and leather (non-absorbent).
Apply the blue droplet footwear coating first to the suede(absorbent) sections. Allow to dry fully (approx. 4 hours) before applying the black droplet leather coating to the leather (non-absorbent) sections.
Apply the Leather coating gently and work it in with our premium soft brush or lint free cloth. Spread any pooling/droplets evenly across the whole surface. Let the coating absorb in before repeating. Repeat 3 times over a period of 1 hour then allow to dry for 24 hours naturally.
The spray coating can be gently rubbed into the fibres to ensure it bonds deep into the material. We recommend using the soft side of our premium triple sided brush. Start on the lightest colours first or use a separate brush for each colour material. Not following this process may cause irreversible damage/colour bleed.
For best results and to ensure the most effective protection repeat steps 2 and 3 at least twice. Do not allow to dry before repeating.
STEP 4
Using an absorbent lint free cloth, wipe down any non-absorbent parts of the sneakers. for example metal buckles and soles.
Leave to air dry for at least 24 hours - once dry surfaces will exhibit water-repellent qualities but full protection requires settling time.
Tip - Although not recommended for drying suede or nubuck. You can use a hairdryer to dry the coating quicker. For example if you want to wear them immediately. May cause irreversible damage due to excessive heat.

@@jackstamford9937 I can confirm this spray works really well with anything. Denim, suede, fur, ANYTHING.

@@simonprentice8153 Yeah I obviously forgot that I even commented here 😒 What I would say of Liquiproof is that it simply adds a barrier to shoes to prevent dirt and grime. I didn't pour oil or ketchup on them however as I'm not THAT confident about this product. For what it's worth I hope this helps!
I wonder how long does the protector last after applying liquiproof?
It is safe to use on satin? I just bought some satin sneakears and was planning to use Liquiproof on them
Great product that I'll recommend to all my friends. Quick question though, how do you apply it to the bottom of the shoe. That's where most of the water seeps in. Do you just spray it normally?

Is it safe to use on Suede? I've seen some people use this product on the suede patch on the Yeezy 350 and It seems to have messed the suede up. Any tip you can give?
+Ezio Auditore the sneakers shown have suede parts, the purple toe box and green swoosh. I think you are confusing your Yeezy comment with Repel, seen too many negative posts about that product doing what you say. Ours won't effect the suede at all. Liquiproof is the safest product to use on suede.
