    Wow, loved this ! Well done 👏 Black tower looks amazing ! I'm surprised the brick steps haven't crumbled away. Keep up the good work 🙂

      Thank-you for tuning in again and the support - nice to see the spiral staircase still intact - albeit a bit crumbly 🙂

    This remaining tower and stretch of wall beyond really should be better preserved than this. Where is the Norwich Society?

      Hi Alan - it is a shame as this particular section is so spectacular - the one benefit of it not being widely known is it’s extremely quiet to visit which is nice - there is currently some work being carried out to stabilise the upstairs doorway so it is kept an eye on to some degree 🙂

    Do you know where the plague sufferers were buried?

      @HauntedandAbandonedNorfolk  Рік тому

      Hi Sue - they would have been mass buried in a plague pit - there are a few sites around Norwich both inside the city walls and just outside which may have been used - where exactly these sites are is still up for debate

      It definitely should be taught to future generations before so much of our history is lost forever - thanks for commenting 🙂

    I stopped watching as soon as I heard the whacky music. Such a shame as an accompanying dialogue would have been so much better than on-screen subtitles.
