Only one part of the Istanbul is in Europe (old Constantinopolis), larger part is Asian terotory (geographically). So, in my opinion Istanbul is both European and Asian city.

The flags are wrong, many of those cities were under Spanish control, the flag should be spanish over naples and Milan
