Great question. Maybe I need to do a video on them. Obviously, if you need/want the handheld, the Ecovacs T30S is the way to go and worth the cost to have that accessory. As far as cleaning ability, they are about the same. The Dreame L20 has auto detergent, but you'll have to buy it from them. Dreame also can leave behind the mopping pads if you find that useful. However, Dreame is also a lot more expensive at the current time (not including the handheld), so it's hard to say those two features are worth the extra cost. The app does have the ability to name rooms, as you see fit. There are room name defaults, but can also be customized.

I have the same question the t30s is about 200 dollars extra than the L20 rn and not sure which to choose

Handheld has a (!) and doesn’t work what can I do or what does it mean ????
Hopefully they soon make a software update to retract that mop when just mopping normally since they haven't already.
