But… it is a replacement, ofc it adds pressure but its not like different words will remove the pressure because the players themselves know they are the replacements.
Roster move = replacement I mean by definition they did replace tenz and sacy. Even if you say they didn't replace them, there would still be pressure and expectations since filling TenZ and Sacy's position is big af
This roster is looking good but I'm hoping that they won't have role issues like back in 2023. I kinda see it rn bc N4RRATE isn't a full initiator player, he's more like a flex player but let's hope Zellsis will be the solution to that.
I honestly see these changes as possibly an upgrade in teamplay and overall firepower lol. Bang for Tenz adds more versatility on the smokes. And I'd say that even though Narrate might not have as much util comfortabilty or experience as Sacy, Narrate is still a high clutch rate player like Sacy and just overall has more consistent firepower.
Also, I feel like all three of Sacy, Zellsis and JohnQT last year had a slower playstyle to where most of the time it was only Zekken and Tenz going for heavy impact. It sometimes felt like when either was shutdown or had an off day, there wasn't much room for success. I feel like this iteration can be more fluid.
Sentinels are looking to probably play at nearly the same level as last year. Strong but likely won’t be able to stay consistent against the other top Americas teams like G2 and 100T
@@SeanKlin-x6o G2 showed they’re a top contender on the world stage and in Americas last year. With -icy + jawgemo for next season I’d say it’s hard to say they won’t be a top 3 team next year. 100T likewise showed themselves as a top contender. Winning Americas stage 1 and placing fourth in masters Shanghai. Sure 100T looked weaker generally than G2 but they were way more consistent than NRG and played way better internationally than LEV. Signing Zander seems like net neutral (if not positive) in firepower on the controller role. Sentinels throughout a season format showed that fatigue really got to them. In my opinion this fatigue really affected players like JohnQT and his read on the game + his IGL decision making. Whatever the reason though, the record shows sentinels could not consistently beat the top tier American teams. They beat them when it mattered? Sure. But not consistently. And that’s exactly the point I made.
@@uresfffff222 first of all, Valorant is a team game. My argument was based off a 100T roster (with Asuna) that was able to not only beat Sentinels last year, but also achieve greater results in the Americas Region. If you want to make an argument, Asuna is seemingly irrelevant. You could argue Zander is a net negative to 100T or that losing Bang will damage team chemistry. Or potentially say that Sentinels are better than I am anticipating. However saying “Asuna bad tho” doesn’t even begin to refute my opinion. Second, It seems people have taken my comment to mean that Sentinels are worse than G2 and 100T. I chose my words carefully when I wrote my first comment. It very clearly states Sentinels will not be able to be consistent against the top tier teams in Americas next year. By this I simply mean this iteration of Sentinels will likely struggle within Americas but excel internationally again. This is just simply based off last season and in general how top heavy Americas is as a region.
this isn’t a replacement bro, it is a roster move. calling someone a replacement ends up putting unnecessary pressure and expectations for everyone
I agree and I explain in the video exactly that. That's why there is a question mark on the thumbnail.
Wtf is up with you soft ass kids. Narrate / Bang = Sacy / Tenz REPLACEMENT. THEY CLEAR EM HOMIE. STOP CRYING ABOUT YO IDOL RETIRING.
But… it is a replacement, ofc it adds pressure but its not like different words will remove the pressure because the players themselves know they are the replacements.
ITS A REPLACEMENT FOOL. n4rrate / bang are literally there to replace sacy and tenz. Go cry some more about it.
