I don't have navigation in my volvo v60 2014. What is the best possible way to upgrade. Do I have to buy new display or?

I'm not sure about that one. You may need to inquire at your local dealer about adding that in. You may just need a nav card if your vehicle has the hardware in the screen already.

Language in settings changes language in car computer and in speedometer in front of driver too?

I believe just in the main screen, but I cannot confirm.
