According to Lefteyes uncle Kyle Young, this was the music video where they were arguing behind the scenes & weren't speaking. This is also the day that chilli & T-boz spoke to EW venting about how they felt about left eyes vibe interview while she was still in her trailer. That's why there are so few scenes with them together & Lisa is barely in it. Well Lisa looks incredible in this video on the bright side LOL RIP beautiful 🌹

I used to love how black people made great R & B as in singers and singing groups, but now it's just auto-tuned rap.
This was definitely a high point on the FanMail album. It deserved more of a push than it got from LaFace at the time, it's one of their best...and the video is amazing. Even though Left-Eye isn't rapping in this, her personality still shines through...and that's a testament to how amazing this group was. It'll never be replicated.

Watching this video exemplifies the roles of the women in this group Tboz is the Maturity the solid rock the constant. chili is the classic ballad vocalist of the group could have easily had solo success as a vocalist and left eye my all time favorite of the group was the special ingredient that made this group special her talent natural presence and charisma shine through in everything that she did when she died the group died god needed her more then we did obviously i miss her dearly music and humanity lost a unique soul. rest in peace my sister in song LISA "LEFT EYE" LOPES...TLC will never be duplicated.

I find it intriguing that since Lisa died TLC music is more rock / alternatived orientated than pop / rb. I think the duo just needed to switch gears and they have new writers / producers than the Atlanta ones they worked with when they were on LaFace Records.

2024 I still feel the same about TLC as when i was a teenager in my 16s. They are the role models for teen girls to this day, Cardi B all about booty and boobs alot of them are just so badly influencing girls these days including beyonce, taylor swift,katy perry. TLC never exposed themselves like that and always encouraged teens to be their best. My girls will always hold a place in my heart now that im in my 40s i still love them.
