Sir, you have explained it beautifully. I am working as an SDO in Power Sector in Lahore. Here, impression is created as if Operational Officers and Trade Unions have plunged power sector into such crisis. But, the case was completely opposite. There are more details to it actually.

Imported energy of any type Feul or RLNG. You need to buy it using foreign exchange reserves.
RLNG is equally damaging to industry like feul.
