What an awesome family, having all the kids grow up so involved and interested in their fathers legacy is truly awesome to watch and I hope the kids can reach a point that their father can sit back in retirement one day and feel like he’s done even more for the sport than his own career legacy but have set a family legacy upon the sport

I know right? I am nowhere near as strong as milo but I’m writing it all down in a notebook, and doing these lifts three times a day in addition to my power building training and it’s honestly the most enjoyable training style I’ve ever tried!
Listen to your pops and try to throw all the testosterone and young blood aside. Having a strong foundation of mind at a young age is a million times more powerful than just going at things with talent. There are alot of people who are skilled but dont have a solid mindset. I know your pops eats breaths sleeps with a certain ethos that you should try to follow as much as you can. Wish i would of done it more with mine when I was younger, instead of going out and partying. You have a gold platter, right in front of you

Dude, I can't imagine the combination of performance anxiety just training in your own home, even with super supportive trainers, and that going along with the idea of every guy's need for individualism, trying to find your own path that COULD be the key to being your best.... but knowing at the same time that you can't really argue with success... but it's someone else's success.... I kinda get your point but at the same time the wiry frame isn't actually ideal for armwrestling. Auden seems to be able to bulk in a way that Devon has never been able to so he might actually end up having better genetics once all is said and done. Only time will tell.
Devon is just a 'legend'...He's not bothered if any competitors know he's lifts!! He just wants the strongest arm wrestler to win... He truly believes he's can beat any man with hes dedication......And so do I!! Go Larratts!!
