I think hebron is verry rich 🤣 I visited palestine a lot. And the boys house is defenitely not a typical middleclass house. Its way to big and have to much luxus in it for that. And i was in a lot of hauses. But meany live good. Some arab houses are verry big and would cost a fortune in western countrys. The people i know having a nicer house than the average have mostly famely members working in construction and did a lot themself. I compare it wealthwise always with south italy or spain. They do have verry rich people. Especially when working with tourists.... lets say if u have a Hotel.... they ask for high prices. So they can afford expensive cars and have a lot of luxus. So they are kind of prevented growing in certain industry-branches. Once i wanted to forge something, and it was impossible to find good steal. What i like about them.... u can fix everything there. And its cheap to fix stuff. Cause they dont just replace the full part of a car for example... they open the part and fix it. Clothes are super cheap in comparisson to israel.... mostly turkish fabric. But actually i try to only buy my clothes there cause the pricedifference. The cracy thing is, they pay the 18% israeli tax, while not beeing part of the state, and additional also pay palestinian tax.... cause everything getting importet gets trough israel. I mean when staying long i got in contact with hardliner on both sides.... and for me i think a state and a religion should be 2 different things. Absolutely spot on. While I made aliyah, have a job that is paying minimum wage and my wife and I work hard to support a family, I was blown away by the amounts of how many brand spanking new cars have green plates. Far nicer and superior to what most Israelis drive including ourselves. If anyone goes on road 90, you will see the amount of new cars driven by Arabs far outweigh anyone with a yellow plate. I thought that many of these people were poor and destitute. Many are probably living better than most Israelis.

Reminds me of the apartheid days in South Africa. i went on a tour to Soweto which is a black township reputed to be desperately poor; we did the tour of the shacks and poverty and then the guide said that he was going to take us to the 'other side' which is not seen by media - we had a tour of Mandela's mansion in a neighborhood of mansions. We also notice this and are left puzzled. Taking the No.1 road from Jerusalem towards Maale Adumim and down to the Engedi and the Dead sea you see three different types of car plates. Yellow are Israeli and are driven by Israeli citizens which include Arab citizens. IN fact over half the Yellow plate cars are driven by Israeli Arabs there. How do I know? Because whenever there is a Muslim festival, the road is EMPTY! The second type are White/Green Palestinian plates. Almost all these cars are brand new Toyotas, Nissan's, Jeeps, BMWs, Merc and YES, loads of Land Rovers and Jaguars. In fact, if you see a Land Rover or Jaguar on the road here, even in Jerusalem, they are almost always White Green plates.

The population is much smaller than is claimed, because when a single baby is born, two or three women will each bring the same baby in, get a different birth certificate, and collect aid. That's part of the reason why they have one of the highest birth rates on the planet. Second, when someone dies, they don't report the death by name, and they continue to collect benefits. The UNRWA rolls include over a hundred thousand people that are supposed to be over 90 years old, still collecting aid. So in fact, the GDP is a couple of times higher. But the welfare payments aren't counted in the GDP numbers, so that the extra BILLION dollars per year of aid amounts to another nice chunk of change. And yes, there are poor Palestinians who live in poverty, but they are not at all the majority in the West Bank. Many of the impoverished ones live in refugee camps OUTSIDE Israel / the West Bank, like in Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan, and their photos are used to collect money for the ones in the West Bank.

No, that's backwards. Area C is the only place where Jewish "settlements" can be, and the last thing the wealthy Palestinians want is to have to live near their poor "oppressors". Area A is full Palestinian, with no Israelis allowed to enter ever, not even security forces. Some Israeli Arabs do enter, though, especially those who have both Palestinian and Israeli IDs. Area B is under PA civilian and administrative control but joint security. These mansions can only be built in A or B where the permits come from Ramallah. Construction in Area C needs IDF approval.

I visited palestine a lot. And the boys house is defenitely not a typical middleclass house. Its way to big and have to much luxus in it for that. And i was in a lot of hauses. But meany live good. Some arab houses are verry big and would cost a fortune in western countrys. The people i know having a nicer house than the average have mostly famely members working in construction and did a lot themself. I compare it wealthwise always with south italy or spain.
They do have verry rich people. Especially when working with tourists.... lets say if u have a Hotel.... they ask for high prices. So they can afford expensive cars and have a lot of luxus. But there are also some who live verry simple and have not much. Or the Bedus somerimes live also kind of rustical.

What i like about them.... u can fix everything there. And its cheap to fix stuff. Cause they dont just replace the full part of a car for example... they open the part and fix it.

While I made aliyah, have a job that is paying minimum wage and my wife and I work hard to support a family, I was blown away by the amounts of how many brand spanking new cars have green plates. Far nicer and superior to what most Israelis drive including ourselves. If anyone goes on road 90, you will see the amount of new cars driven by Arabs far outweigh anyone with a yellow plate. I thought that many of these people were poor and destitute. Many are probably living better than most Israelis.

We also notice this and are left puzzled. Taking the No.1 road from Jerusalem towards Maale Adumim and down to the Engedi and the Dead sea you see three different types of car plates.
