Thank you for this video. My friend was born with CP and her sister is her conservator. My friend lives out of food boxes 24-7. But yet she has her down to $20 a month and almost no money. she takes her to safeway and that is the most expensive store in Portland. she is on SSI and lives on only $914 a month. My friend did not wake up and decide she wanted to be slow and have CP. She was born that way. Sister is mean and evil and will not buy cats food where my friend has to rely on food boxes and pantries for cats food and litter. Please help my friend. she is being taken advantage of by sister in Portland. I want sister to be reported to the authorities and get the Karma she deserves. I cannot help her any more because I am on SSDI and my rent is going up in July by $53 and I am on housing assistance in Oregon. she is being double penalized for not paying into the ss system by not working and the evil evil sister who wants her cats to die and starve. She will not pay for any vet care for the cats either when they have to have it. she will not even take good care of her own dog and will not feed him either but yet she is still out there causing my friend problems by withholding money from her and saying " Oh are you going to just go blow this $$20 when it is my friends money and not her sisters money which her sister thinks it is just because she is her conservator. HELP HELP HELP her please and all SSI recipients who are being penalized because they did not work and pay into the SS system. Sister is evil and controlling and a witch.
