as an italian i can confirm, bill does an amazing impression of the sounds but fred is actually speaking italian, when he’s answering bill he’s saying “quanti fagioli ci sono nei bicchieri” which means how many beans are there in the glasses (which makes zero sense)
They’re both such great impressionists! On their other show, Documentary Now!, Fred does a full episode in Spanish and he does such a good accent and his Spanish is a bit impressive too.
@@jonajager635 Oh, really? I’ve never heard that! I’ve always heard jokes about how no one even knows what he is, so that detail was lost on me, lol, thanks!

Fred's italian accent is actually good. He keeps saying "How many beans are inside the glass", which is something they used to ask in an old 80's italian tv quiz show
Elisabeth Moss married Fred, which he has said was a horrible husband. Elisabeth is the main character/executive producer on handmaid’s tale. The main villain’s name is Fred Waterford. Coincidence??? I think not.
I would watch an entire MCU's worth of Bill Hader and Fred Armisen being all the characters
Bro Bill Hader in the MCU tho???
Bill and Fred's fake Italian sounds so real, I saw two Italians arguing across the street visiting there and it sounds the same.

this is one of my favorite snl friendships:))
Same. They should make a movie and call it Bill and Fred's excellent adventure.
@@Beverly_Dingus genius!!!
I haven’t been learning Italian for that long, but at 1:38 he says something along the lines of “how many beans are in the glasses? How many beans?”
You are right 😊 And honestly his pronunciation was really good I was so surprised!
Also glad to hear that you are learning Italian 😁
His ability to pronounce and fake those words so well might be because he grew up speaking spanish 🤔 Idk tho! He just has a good ear hahahah

Quanti faggioli ci sono nel bicchiere? Quanti fagioli seniori?
**I once read in a UA-cam comment section that the reason Bill slaps Fred like that is bc Bill knows Fred had a slapping kink...**
Well now I read it too
i'm in class right now but thanks for that information
Things I didn't want to know.

2 of the funniest SNL has seen.
I love that Tim Robinson broke Bill just by laughing oddly. [scene missing]
I LOVE Bill Hader and Fred Armisen!!!
The real hero is that kid who had a completely straight face at the end. Wherever he is, I’m sure he’s gone far!
“My name is Ken Yee”
“Oh Bonzai huh”

Says incomprehensible gibberish for 20 sec.
“You like that story?”
I choked on my coffee on the Christmas Story part...
The last 2 truly funny people SNL has produced
i watch this video 10 times a day
Fred is talking about beans in Italian at 1:41 lol
This made my day thanks
Thank you for this.
OG snl cast members are the funniest
These two are not OG SNL.
AH BONSAI REMEMBER ME
OMG ..can Bill Hader keep ever together ?
what’s the name of the valet christmas skit?
THIS WAS SO FUNNYBSGFIHUDFHGJLRG
Jamie Fox’s hairline was buggin in that Christmas skit

No Californians stuff was included :(
Is it just me or Fred looks like Chico Marx (of the Marx brothers )
TOTALLY!!! Oh man, now I'm dying to see him play Chico in something, I bet he's already got the characterization down, Fred could do Chico perfectly!
ucb. bobby moynihan. ucb.
Is it weird that I kinda want Bill to slap me in the face like that? 🥵🥵🥵
no it’s very much normal
