I've had my 3.5mm white gold jacoje rope chain and the only part that has lost dome color is the jump ring that connects the lobster clasp to the chain and that's it , so I imagine the jump ring is just 14k yellow gold that's dipped in rhodium and the chain is casted in white gold , it's a beautiful chain and jacoje is 🔥 ! Best jewelry around , I can always get a new jump ring installed but it hasn't faded enough to be noticeable and plus it's such a small little piece it's never even seen , the chain stoll looks immaculate though after 8 months

You definitely can’t complain about the price. I have yet to find anyone cheaper for the same quality. I know the trick is to sell you the chain “per gram” which is equal to roughly the price of 24k, but it’s fair. I’ll much rather buy my chains at 24k price per gram than imaginary jewelry prices. The first thing I bought from jacoje was a 3mm 22” rope. It cost me a little over $1000. The same chain at a local store would cost me about $2200.
@@JGrayMusic I heard people complaining about the box lock clasp on the jacoje bracelets that they no longer lock in place after a while have you had that problem?

Take the chain back to the place you bought it, they can fix the color
