This is actually really interesting, I'd love to have functionality like this with my phone. If I could use my phone as some sort of bootable live USB system running Linux, that could be very useful, more than carrying around a USB stick with a Linux system all the time. Interesting application of virtualization.
@justsomevm What I'd want is basically a way to directly boot off an operating system stored on my phone when connected by USB, for example if I could put an Ubuntu ISO on my phone and plug it into a computer then boot to Ubuntu from it, that could be really useful.
Something interesting I noticed that no one else probably cares about: The MojoPac sample pics were taken with a Sony DSC-V1, circa 2003. Excellent compact that came with a hotshoe. Kinda wonder what the history behind them is and why they are there.
I find it crazy that even a company like apple who is normally on the bleeding edge of software supported their software on XP after the official cutoff date.
I remember using this program once when I was looking for a portable version of windows xp to run on a flash drive simply so I could run anything on a school computer.
That looks like a lot of fun. I wonder if I can run this using a thumb drive on a Windows 11 laptop. Also I am in full support of you trying to install Vista in that environment.

The Windows folder has not been slimmed down by six orders of magnitude. The system files on the MojoPac install are simply empty standins that point to the real system files on the host computer. That's why you can only run it on a Windows XP box, as opposed to a true virtual machine which can at least in principle run on any host.
