@Chef Ranveer - this recipe does make the most creamy and luxurious Methi Malai Matar. My family enjoyed the subtle spiced, velvety gravy with back of the mouth notes of Ginger, Pepper and Fenugreek. We tried making a bake from the left overs the next day… All I did was spread some fresh ricotta made at home over the top of the MMM gravy and grilled till the ricotta melted and charred a little. Served with a side of crisped up stale lachha parathas was heavenly.
