I have been watching many of your videos and find them absolutely amazing. Your working knowledge of these drives are astounding, especially without the aid of schematics. I am an exercise equipment technician, but usually when it comes to boards I just change them out. I have been trying to understand more of the concept and troubleshooting techniques. Thank you so much for all your time on these amazing videos.
I myself is trying to better my knowledge in trouble shooting mostly on mc2100 boards instead of buying and changing it out! lol
Sir, your explanations are among the best I have met yet. Thanks
You are most welcome
Haseeb, you are a very kind and generous gentleman. I have to compliment you on your inspirational instructions.
Having no electronic experience, chancing upon your channel after an EO2 error code on a treadmill. You have now inspired me to delve much further into the world of electronics. Thank you very much.
Kindest regards and very best wishes.
Stuart.
You are most welcome
E02 error is mostly from board and motor
if motor doesn't rotate or the control board cannot produce power to the motor, and the microcontroller doesn't receive the motor motion, the microcontroller will generate the E02
in the card failure condition
any minor to major problem in the board will cause to initiate E02
Very simplified way of fault finding in PCB, explanation is even more simplified.
Great ability of simplifying the subject matter.
best regards and special thanks
Mr. Haseeb, you did a wonderful job explaining how a modern treadmill circuit board works! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
You are very welcome
please accept my best regards
@@HaseebElectronics will you repair a board to you if i send it? How much pls?

Thank you, very well explained learned a lot from this demonstration.
perfect explanation, dear teacher. could you explain to us some different treadmill boards, because as far as I've looked schematically, they don't exist. you would help me a lot because I'm a technician of treadmills and gym equipment.
Wao you are awesome, I found this video because my treadmill is giving me a E7 errror. I guess I will change the mosfet and see what happens.
best regards
first you need to check the error code reason. you need to follow user manual to know the error code reason and then you can proceed to any replacement
Thank You Sir for your valuable time spending with the various SMPS Power supply, to just exercise your knowledge and skills, by which we're taught and benefited, pray to almighty for your good health and your more interest on electronics ,have very good days , God bless You

Good guidelines & S.O.P. 's for those who understand circuits & are capable of repair but haven't done any... seems likely an untrained/ unskilled person attemped this...
yes you are right, when someones attempts to do something blindly, he inducts many troubles for next repairman
so my aim is to share ideas to understand circuit basics, so that it may helpful to understand the circuit working

Sir your videos are very important and informative for technicians.
I have a treadmill with same board shown in this video. My treadmill stops after few seconds everytime I start. There is a relay cutoff sound and MSW LED in the board goes off and power LED remain on but motor stops
please check its feedback network. the RPM transducer
if it is using optical encoder, check its rotary disk and all cuts on the disc must be clear the optical encoder must be aligned properly
if it using proximity sensor. check its magnets are placed properly, and clean the proximity sensor head properly
if the walking pad or belt is too loose or very tight. adjust it to its mid level
i hope it will fix the problem
Good job your work my friend and take care
thank you very much , you are discuss the card is a good and look to your planing

@@HaseebElectronics I have another strange phenomenon in my treadmill. When I remove the speed sensor, there is no difference, so no error code shows at all. I checked the sensor and measured it, it works, do you have any idea what it can be due to? Ihave a MC2100ELS-18
Very nice ji.... good morning bhai 🙏

Very good information sir waiting for 2nd part
Hi Haseeb, I am busy watching your treadmill repair and explanation video.. I have power to the dc motor when it is disconnected. When I connect the motor to the board the voltage goes to zero.
Where do I look for why the resistance from the motor drops the voltage?
best regards
please check motor in accordance with video number 639 on my channel
might be it have short circuit
@@HaseebElectronics I have tested the motor on a 12 volt battery and it runs no problem. Only when I connect it to the board then the voltage drops to zero and does not run at all. This is also one of those boards that someone else also tried repairing and now I have to fixit. I bought it like that.
ماشاء الله تبارك الله عليك نتمنى لك التوفيق ان شاء الله 👍🌷

Hi Mr Haseeb,
First of all thanks for your wonderful explanation and videos. I love your videos & Pls make some more videos on Display supply and troubleshooting.
I have been working on a Trademill board (from magnum) which was dead. Hence I changed few components like IGBT, 470uf/450v capacitor, and voltage regulator 7805 and IC 34063 API.
After giving AC supply and transformer supply I am geeting 200v DC at motor terminals and 5vdc and 15vdc at voltage regulators still I am not getting display in screen. I am not getting voltage at the jack for display screen. where to check and what's the possible problem
Excellent video
Thanks for sharing knowledge my brother .
Salaam Janab Bhai Saab & Wish you Good luck
Very informative video as always. And loved the sarcasm "i dont say he damaged this board, he destroyed this board" :)
I am trying to understand a PCB board for a treadmill. Unfortunately, it works for sometime and throws the error ER01. Manual says its either because of some communication failure, or try removing the MicroController and plug it back.
I checked the connectivity all cables between display and this pcb, still the issue persists. But the moment I replug the MC, it starts working. But after running for 10 min or so, again ER01.
Motor seems fine, no heating. In such a case when the issue is not consistent, how do we diagnose this board? Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, great video. i have a treadmill which just stopped working after a static shock. would you be able to suggest where i could look to problem solve this? hope you dont mind me asking!
Excellent 👍 job bro👏
I enjoy your videos sir. Thanks for making them.
Great job! Thank you for all the time spent teaching others. I have a question... is there some way to bypass the instrument panel and use a potentiometer to control the speed of the motor so I could use the motor for a drill press?
thanks a lot. actually the microcontroller requires data from front panel, based on that keyboard inputs microcontroller generates drive signal
there is ,,
Great explanation. Really informative. I have exactly same circuit in my treadmill. Unfortunately I had a spark and it stopped as room fuse tripped. Second time again same thing happened. I opened it and noticed that one IC (TNY) and resistance opposite to IC are black with smoke. So, issue seems to be here or somewhere before these which is creating spark here. Can you please help me.
Oh so sad'
please check bridge rectifier and main dc smoothing capacitor
if ic is smoked then you have to replace it, but before replacing it check the dc rail components
Twenty one lyk ke sath Bhai good upload
Good tutorial upload Haseeb. great job
Great video. Greetings from UK.
Wonderful and great work
Many thanks. stay blessed
جزاك الله خيراكثيرا Great content
Hi great explanation . It will help the begginers as well as professional. Great 👍
Nice information for technician
Mr Haseeb thank you for sharing your knowledge with us .I have watched this video 5 times ,it is absolutely amazing how you can draw a schematic by looking at the board .Now my question , i have a treadmill that fails to work occasionally ,it powers up ,makes all the usual sounds but when i press start, the motor does not work but everything else does ,the timer, speed, etc .I would really be grateful if you could point me in the right direction as which component might be causing the problem. Thank you in advance.
Did you solve your problem? I have the same issue whereby everything works except the belt won’t start. I tested the motor and it’s good. When I try to start the belt, there is a click heard on the control board but nothing happens.
@@newfie-dean5803 Unfortunately no ,i changed all the power transistors ,diodes, etc ,a new board was too expensive so treadmill had to be scrapped.
Amazing tutorial very informative new friend form ph
