I failed my SHRM exam: now what? Tips to pass the exam

Hi. My name is Divya. I am a doctor (pharmacologist) and have been in a management role with a healthcare company for a while. My life feels like a series of exams. I want to share tips on how to study for exams, learn new different things and continue to grow.
Please do not be bogged down if you did not make it the first. It can happen to anyone. With a little bit of perseverance, we can all be SHRM certified.

I recently took the SHRM CP and failed it. Nothing that I studied was on that test but the situational questions. I studied all 4 books. Did the study zoom call. Did all of it. I'm so disappointed and confused about it.

Hi Divya. I believe I had mentioned to you I recently failed the SHRM CP, 5 months of studying in the trash. I had the courage again to take it in the coming cycle but the SCP. Should start from scratch? I don’t plan to do a study group since I already have the learning system. Plus I have not received my actual scores. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hi Anyelina. You've already been through the course once. Focus on exams and quizzes on both levels and review the material till you know it inside out. This is just a hair pin bend. You will be there in no time!

You would have to pay the entire exam fee again. It would differ based on whether you are a member and register early. Hope this helps.

Hi Said. Some folks have used different resources for studying. They did not use the LMS. If you do not become a member, the exam will cost more.
