I am taking the exam tomorrow and will keep repeating your word “these questions are your friend”. I think this shift in mindset will set me up for a feeling that I can come up with the best answer, rather than feeling overwhelmed at the thought of 65 SJI questions. Thank you for all your videos.
Hi My happy place Thank you for commenting. Apologies for the late reply. Good luck! Please email me and share your experience. I would love to hear from you. divyaletslearn@gmail.com Divya.
Divya, this is long overdue but I just wanted to thank you for helping me pass my SHRM certification in 2021. Your videos were insanely helpful and I could only pray that one day you make a series for the CCP Compensation certification one day because that’s the next one I’m studying for 😅
Divya, thank you so much. You make great sense and I understand more now. I too am a manager for a number of years; although I am anxious about taking the SHRM exam, BUT since finding your videos, I believe I understand much more and will be prepared. I have the on-line study tools, which I am thankful for, yet that, coupled with all your videos, I know I will pass. If you have additional advice, I am here to learn. I subscribed and will re-watch all your videos. Have a wonderful day and thank you for all you do.
I think it’s incredibly unfair that 65 of the 165 questions are SJTs. I completely agree with you that two answers are normally easy to get rid of, but the other two are normally VERY justifiable either way and ends up being a giant educated guess. Helpful video, but I maintain my position on this section of the exam.
I agree 100%. There's no rhyme or reason to why in one scenario you do one thing and another you do another.. no pattern or consistency to it.. it's like "well we decided for this one to do this".

Hi Audrey. What great news! Congrats on achieving the certification. I am so glad I could be part of this journey.
@@letstalkletslearn hi Divya, is there any way to get free books for SHRM. I am really struggling.
Amazing video thank you divya.

Hi Shinu. Glad you found it helpful.
So was the correct answer, E? I never heard you confirm the correct answer
Yes, Tiffany. The correct answer is 'e'.
