In my opinion,the working thigh should be lifted lower and puller outwards so the working hips stay in place. Also the arms in preparation are too much extended ,and during the pirouette are whiping too far from the the axis.InsteadThey should move more rounded and closer to the body.On the first quarter of the then the working shoulder and left eye must be cleanly face the spot!
