      Might be useful to mention that she weighs 49 Kg / 108 lbs. She is lifting 2.3x of her bodyweight, that too a clean and jerk - not some deadlift!!! Insane.
      2x is considered elite even for a deadlift

      height isn't really a factor. If anything, it gives you a better starting position for the snatch and clean. (and being shorter doesn't help you lift more, that's a myth)

      ​@@joemama226it's not the mass, it's the lower vertical travel of the barbell. Taller lifters need to do a higher lift for the catch and the clean, thus requiring a higher effort.

      Olympians job is to train. Your job is to work 8 hour job most likely. Also they probably have way more money and can risk injuries and not lose their home. If you show up in gym then thats already amazing for average person.

      A super technical lift like this isn't how you measure raw strength. Maybe she could also deadlift or back squat more than those guys, but a CnJ isn't how you'd find that out.

    4 kg more than what she maxed out in Paris, where she struck a no-lift at 114 kg. A good lift at 114 would've made silver.

      @kidartist9820 yes, training with no problem, but your criteria is not correct, the heaviest atheles, (+100 kilos) do not do 2 times or more ..but they do 220 kilos ..only the lightest can do x2 , or x2.5 - x3 if they are men. So...I can do x2.5 even with my 63 kilos , I am a man
