Being born and raised in Louisiana I’ve cooked my fair share of Gator. I’ll let you in on a secret…..simply marinate it overnight in a ziplock in store bought Italian dressing. An old cajun turned me onto that and I’ve never seasoned gator any other way since.
That works on a lot of game meats!
Really good on fish as well, especially if you’re grilling it.

I grew up in Florida Fort Lauderdale actually closer to the Everglades the alligator tail it's the best part of the alligator best way to eat that is Cajun spices you battered it and fry it and it's damn good just thought I add my two cents in there and yes I've eaten It BBQ style also 😊

Went to Puerto Rico and stayed at Palmas Del Mar. Went out on a charter for 4 hours with my parents and brothers and all caught Mahi. First pelagic fish I ever caught! Cooked some of up that same night and absolutely amazing first experience catching and eating Mahi/Dorado.

The food looked Absolutely Delicious! A Little tip for the next time you cook on a gas grill, soak some wood chips in water for at least an hour then wrap them in foil! Poke holes in the foil and place it over one of the lit burners! The chips will smoke and give your food a smoked flavor! I Absolutely Loved the video!

Just got back from Brazil, reo negro river. We caught a 14” and a 3’ one. So rad! Our guides just jumped in the water and grabbed the tiny one and then he trekked onto land and grabbed the 3’ one trying to hide in some roots.

BJ how many days did y’all spend hunting with Wally? I used his guide service last October, he unfortunately got hung up with Reel Babes in South Carolina and didn’t make it back so Jose and I spent four days hunting lizards and pigeons at a dairy.
What part of Puerto Rico? We went to Vieques Island. Loved it.
