Are you ready?
Let's go
1- Heat up your iPhone xs screen from the front glass.
2- Your heat gun or blow drier to loosen the adhesive under the iPhone xs screen.
3- One you get the OLED screen hot enough
4- Unscrew the 2 bottom pentalobe iPhone screws
5- Use the iPhone pry opener tools it doesn’t matter if it's plastic or metal
6- Start prying your iPhone xs screen open to put the pry opener tool between the iPhone screen and the iPhone frame.
7- Good job if you made it to the UA-cam video this far
8- Once you remove the adhesive from under the screen
9- Lift up the screen slowly from right to the left.
10- Once you lift up your screen from the iPhone
11- Start taking the battery screws out that way we got no power to the phone.
12- Next remove the shield on top of the iPhone xs LCD cable by removing they shape screws
13- Remove the 3-4 screw from the top earpiece speaker of your iPhone xs.
14- Heat up your iPhone xs OLED screen one more time from the front display.
15- Once you get the top speaker adhesive losing start removing the speaker and the rest of the cables our
16- Get your new iPhone xs screen ready.
17- Assemble everything back on the new screen.
18- Put the rest of the screws back
19- Connect your iPhone xs screen cable back
20- Then put your battery cable back
21- Put the b7000 or 8000 adhesive back
22- Close your screen back
23- Wait 20 minutes
24- Done
