    it's nice that they show the FDNY getting new trucks but I have an idea.Let's get them some walkie talkies that can work better than the one's they had on 9/11.Also give them a GPS or something like that so they can pinpoint where a firefighter is should they get in trouble.

    they had to replace 98 vehicles after 9/11 which is a huge order.... each Apparatus can cost anywhere from 100,000 to 1 million depending on its condition.... and thats just the engines when you start talking ladders and Rescues you start getting into some serious money
