As as someone who has experienced both the London Underground and the Tokyo underground. London is literally heaven compared to the chaotic hell that is tokyo. The amount of times Ive had to leave a station to just enter it again and buy multiple tickets for one journey as the companies won't let you buy just one ticket.

If I had a dollar for every time I saw a subway train themed Japanese horror game, I'd have 3 dollars, which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened three times.
At this rate, i just need to wait for "journey of 8", which is all these games strung together in chronological order, likely with 2-3 endings: 1) escape the anomaly, 2) purge all anomalies, 3) save Davis or learn of his secret organization and how it fits into the anomalies- purging or creating (for what purpose?) them.
Ngl, imo this is one of the scariest horror games of this specific genre, so i was extremely surprised to hear you so chill and calm, at least from these highlights. Also good evening Dais, hope you made it home safe and sound :) if you like the genre you could try a couple other titles such as Atta and Shinkansen 0, those two are really good imo

I LOVE how this game does horror. The anamolies aren't gory at all, but still more than surreal enough to be freaky. I want more games like this!
Have you heard of Pacific drive? I wouldn't call it surreal, but it definitely has a freaky and unsettling atmosphere without ever being gory
