I was so angry and ashamed of my country for this. I watched on TV this attack on my country I saw people choose to jump out of a burning building rather than burn to death. I tried to imagine having to make that decision. I heard people making final calls to loved ones in the building and the planes. I saw brave people run into a collapsing building to save others. Some never came back out. The people in those planes and buildings didn’t get a second chance at life and these monsters don’t deserve one either. Carry out the sentences stop waiting for a generation that doesn’t remember the terror everyone felt on that day. I will never forget that day and I will pass down to my children and grandchildren what it felt like and the videos and recordings. Never forget!!😅
This man has not been found guilty of any crime, yet you have convicted him here and seem to be suggesting that he be executed. There is no sentence to carry out here because there has not been a conviction, let alone a trial. Are you saying that we should use the terror that we all felt that day to avoid giving someone a fair trial? Just execute someone? Would anyone being executed do the job for you? Even the worst of states with “atrocious” human rights have laws which forbid detention without trial at court. Wasn’t Habeas corpus introduced in the UK in the 16th century common law, or around that time.

Surely if you have reached a deal that involves a guilty plea any future trial is compromised? I believe they are guilty and deserve punishment but this is not a good precedent nor is holding anyone for 20 plus years without a trial.

Why is the BBC news on YT always 24hrs late?
I've always found BBC to be late to the party with most news. Even football updates they're always 5, 6, 7 minutes behind others. Sky News seems to publish news far more quickly. Don't know if it's just that the BBC has more policy on fact checking etc but they're definitely often behind Sky.
