- In this video I go diving with subscribers in a new spot with two young local divers. We talk a lot about ways to improve your diving and I give them some pointers in the water. We all shoot some personal best fish before heading home to cook them up.

Take a sip of your drink every time:
-Ryan says “crushed it”, “stoked” or “sick”
Take 2 sips every time:
-a fish that you’ve never heard of/can’t spell is mentioned.
-Ryan says “off the beaten path”
Take a shot when:
-anyone takes a shot at a fish
Finish your drink when:
-Ryan successfully shoots a fish!
-Sam complains about editing.
BONUS:
*If house music starts playing, chug the rest of your drink and dance.

I enjoy your videos primarily because I get to learn something new about free diving and/or spearfishing in terms of techniques, equipment or marine life while watching the videos. I watch a lot of other spearfishing videos but these "fish bang" videos that don't add value or knowledge get old and become boring very fast. Your videos add value especially with your narration and critique of your own performance and/or your friends’ performance. Please keep up the good work and always think of what value to add to your videos; knowledge and learning while being safe, entertaining and "happy" :)

This is by far one of the best videos you’ve put out. It’s important to teach kids and show them how to harvest their own food.

Great way to give back to the sport, taking those young guys under your wing and giving them that one on one. I noticed a difference in their hunting from the beginning of the video to the end. You should include them whenever possible.

Really cool the way you helped those young guys out. They'll remember that. Your vibe doesn't seem like a forced youtube vibe. Seems you're genuinely having a good time doing what you love and showing the youngsters how to do it. My kids (7&8) and I finished all the Kimi Werner videos and stumbled on to yours. Now we gotta watch all these too! We're in Washington state and watch these videos all frigid winter getting stoked for when we head back out to Kona! You keep posting and we'll keep watching.
You should take those kids like once every other week. They would improve so fast over a summer of doing that. Teach them some breathing exercises that could help them build down time. That would be a good recurring series.

It is amazing to see you do that. I'm a young 24yr old 100% disabled veteran who grew up poor and basically without a family to teach me anything. Recently I was blessed getting my 1st deer, turkey, dove, geese, and duck last year. My health took a terrible turn and I plan to retire to Panama and I hope to learn spearfishing after watching you MANY many miles from any beach to go even try (also my body handles the water way better than land). I will continue to watch your videos to learn and I hope to some day to run across you in the waters. Good hunting

I have never spearfished. But I have watched a million videos on spearfishing lol. I have learned more in this video than any other instructional. Maybe one day I will actually get to jump in the water and spear something!

another awesome video... my dad would kill me though with all those scales lose. If I didn't clean the fish on Newspaper and just throw the Newspaper away with all scales and guts I would have to pick up every scale with chopsticks... I learned quick
