you handled blaze so good for how she was acting!! i just got a red mare last may and showed her in 4h in july and it did NOT go well... she was not trusting me as the leader at that time jus due to the lack of time i had to prepare her for so she would not stand still but then when i would go out to ride she wouldnt wanna leave her buddy horses side. the whole stall thing was an issue as well. she was kicking the stalls and just screaming out to the other horses, just kind of out of her head the whole 4 days! anyways all that to say you are doing so great and your so inspiring!! keep bein a light for Jesus!
I literally love ur videos thank you so much for being so open about your faith. You are such and encouragement to me! I love the fact that your read your Bible everyday!!
Hey Kassi, I have a horse that can really get stiff in the rib cage and tries knocking barrels like Honey and watching Danyelle Campbells training videos especially the ones on getting shoulder and rib cage control on UA-cam have helped so much!
You did good. You didn't give up. I hope your horse gets better. I didn't go to perry this year, but I hope you give it one more chance before opting out. Now you know what to do and look for. But your choice.
I liked both runs they looked nice i know it sucks hitting a barrel and it hurts but you are great at what you do and your very beautiful always keep you head up and push thru
Hiii I live your videos I though I was already subscribed but I wasn’t so I just did keep and stay strong and don’t listen to hate they are just mad that you have a lot going for you
I dont think this show did you justice. Your horses were so confused and maybe confused why running so late. You did a great job, things could have been done different but all in all you and horses did good under the confused, cold situation. ❤❤ love for you and the ponies.
Hi kassi i have a horse that i bought an it said it broke it's lag and that was 10 years ago do you know why i started to limp he does not have any soreness.
I strongly encourage you to look into other calming support besides ace. Ace can cause lethargy and lose of balance as well as being quite bad for their systems. Most disciples (not all) actually drug test for ace and other tranquilizers and sedatives now as they deem them to be dangerously hindering the horses ability to do its job. If your horse requires a tranquilizer to go to a race that’s a failure on your part to properly prepare that horse and you should have had the foresight to not run her or at least not throw her to the wolves as you did.
@ yes, equizen is a decent alternative it’s a natural calming supplement that most disciplines are now accepting in competition you can give them a daily dose in their feed or give it to them in a paste specifically for travel and or competition. or but I would argue AND not just or, back the horse off, take it slower, if she goes somewhere and she’s clearly not settling don’t run her . Walk her around maybe ride her in the warm up when it’s not as busy, show the sights, MAYBE an exhibition but DO NOT send her in there full steam if she’s that amped up. That’s how you blow a nice horse up. Also you need to ride her like it’s a training run not like she’s finished. She’s not and being thrown to the wolves the way she was in this video even being tranquilized was completely unfair.
@@WildFlowersNWildMustangs ok tysm!! Ive been training for ages and all my horses do amazing now but just wondering since like in Kassi’s case like if there was others. tysm!
@@Ur_fav_kayla1 and I’m not trying to rip her apart or anything. I understand she’s not a seasoned trainer and she made a misjudgement here and that’s ok. I’m just trying to provide information so she can hopefully make better choices next time. I don’t think many people understand the side effects of Ace they think it’s just a calming supplement but it isn’t and using it at competitions is quite dangerous.
I love the fact you share your faith ❤ I think it is awesome! John is wonderful!
Girl! i LOVE your barn! It's just so! Nice with the layout and everything! ❤❤
