Are android/ ios mobile developers high demand in Germany?

There are many experienced developer in Germany, and searching for job that I found from fb. They are not getting job what are the problem.

Is there any option for a data engineer having 3.7 years of experience ?
Hi @itissues405 you’re on the right track here, but German companies generally require at least 5 years of relevant project experience before they consider hiring you from abroad. At least, that’s our experience and which is why it would be too premature for our program. We invite you to keep following us. Your time will come.
what is your success rate of landing a job offer, for candidates who are selected into the program?
Hi @i-love-germany-118 Usually, we say that you need 3 months to get a job offer. This is our general time. Also, it is necessary to understand that it might take less (1 month) or more (5 months). Every case is unique.

I have 2 years of experience in Pakistan. Is it possible to get job in Germany with this experience?

I would recommend u guys to expand across europe not just restricted to german only
From experience, i been talking many folks who working is german
everyone is disappointed in terms of even work life balance, pay, language
Anywhere you go only thing is the type of people u r with matters a lot
so work life balance or any other thing depends on the team residing in the company not related to country
