I still like my 27 Gen5 and 40sw... It's not a pistol I want to shoot all day long, it is a handful, but it's really accurate for me and the thing is almost the same size as a 26, so I really have enjoyed it.
Although Aim Surplus sells an s ton of police trade ins. They have some Glocks on there right now for as low as $280. You'd have to pay the shipping and the transfer fee, but still be a hell of a deal. Anyway...
Now I'm jealous!!! I recently purchase a trade in G26 gen 5 for $399. Perfect condition just like your G27. I love the gun,. It's tiny, but it shoots as well as my G19. Best of all was I turned it into a G26X by using a G19 magazine with an X-Grip spacer. There's something about that combo that gives it a really nice hand feel.
I'm not a Glock guy and never have been, despite carrying them for 11 years and owning three of them. But I get why they're so popular. $350 was a steal for that one. I feel the same way as you about the XS sights. Think I've got 5 sets now on various guns. Very easy for my aging eyes to pick up in any light. The Big Dots are very fast and easy to see, but a lifetime of notch-and-post sight pictures makes the R3D sights a better choice for me. Any of their sights work great though.
SPN, Can you use a scale in your videos, so the views can get a good idea of weight comparisons? Does the G27 weigh alittle more than the G26? Are the Glock Generations different in weight?
There's nothing wrong with Glocks, I personally don't give a shit about them because I don't like the ergos. And you can get more for less with any number of different brands. But theyre fine if you like em. Make the same holes as everything else...

Yeah, the G17, G19, and G26 all in Gen 4 will fit the same holster. Had to get a new one for my Gen 5 G26.
