I have a motor on a compressor that doesn't start without help. The capacitors are old and shot. Gotta change them. Lucky for ewe, your motor looks like it ain't got caps. Some have a separate set of windings to get it spinning that kicks out when it gets up to speed and the motor windings take over. The centrifugal switches don't last forever.
